I am really disappointed from skylink. Just one week before only i took connection from skylink. But i am facing issues 3 times. From yesterday evening onwards i am following customer care about my internet issue, but no response. I have found wire disconnected place, and informed customer care also. But no response. if skylink take this mush of time For this simple work, i am sure that skylink is not suitable for me. Before skylink i was using ACT only. ACT is much more better than skylink

Dont go for skylink. Vert poor performance on network connectivity issue. Bad response if the network got disconnected, they took 2 days, but still the network is not connected yet and saying the same phrase 'you will get in two hours'. ACT and JIO is far better than this worst skylink.

Do not get their service. I have been on the run to get a refund of my 3 months plan for more than 4 months now. My mother passed away and I had to move to a new place. They didn't have service so I had to get another vendor. When contacted I was being informed that only 60% will be refunded and yet I haven't got even a single rupee. They promote 3 months plan to get the router free. When I applied for refund only I came to know that it is free only for usage and you have to return it.

Very Worst Services.. Don't go for this skylink at anycost.. Till get connection, they responding to calls, once they connected and get pay from us, they doesn't care about our request or problem we facing..

Worst service team ever!! I have been requesting for a new connection both online and offline quite a while. Still there has been no response from them. I have never seen any internet service provider like Skylink who are not ready to respond to a request for new connection.

poor customer care service... Router given by company have poor range..even you are nearby room no network is there. why need to log in every time app...do you think we are free to do this irritating work again & again ..

My I'd is 2262 in ganapthy maanagar repeadtly cable cut mothly 4 to 6 times I have requested so many times for separate connection but you people not understand each and every am facing these problems were worst experience
