Extremely easy to use. I can't see when the payments through direct debits are due though?. Apart from that, making payments when ever you like is effortless and fast. The balance is correct immediately after any purchase. The application process with new day was simple too. I would rather use this account over a much lower apr high Street bank as easy and willingness to on board credit building customers rather than only people with a1 credit. Everyone has to start somewhere, these guys help

Cannot scroll through transactions, very frustrating. Only allows to scroll up one by one! There is a limit to the number of payments you can make through the app. This does not suit the way I use it, and again is frustrating.

Worked three times logging in. Rang customer services who said it would be fixed in a couple of days. It was, two days later it's gone again. Useless for on the go use.

Not good. Don't use it! Got it for an offer with Amazon. Poor comms. Ended up with £2.03 fees on a £59.99 spend and a threat for credit agency etc. Least its stopped now. Don't get sucked in. Poor comms and not worth you're credit rating.

Been using this app for a few years now and it's been great but this last few days it stopped wheeling on my galaxy a41 android phone updated the app didn't fix it uninstalled and reinstalled and now I can't even sign in to my account

Generally great, but the UX on the transactions page is awful. Someone really needs to take a look at the usability on an android device.

Card is not safe, I had been a victim of online fraud and there is no way in the app to mark the transaction as dispute of fraud. Also the is no support on Sunday and limited support over weekdays

Excellent app. Can see all the information you need, set up Direct Debits (there are four options of how much you wish to pay which is far better than any other credit card I own), and pay extra amounts via debit. Definitely recommend both the card and the company.

Was working OK but today the app won't accept my passcode and just keeps saying "something went wrong". It wouldn't let me reset it to what I thought it was because it said it was recently used (!) but I can log in on the Web using the passcode I now know to be correct so it's just the app. Also still waiting for a response to a query I raised over a month ago. Looks like it's fallen into a black hole because no record of it or acknowledgement from Newday

01/2021: I've been very pleased with the app until now, as I'm unable to log into the app anymore. I've updated it, but still doesn't work. It keeps saying that it was unable to find my login info and asks me to try adding them manually. None of the links in the info section work either. UPDATE ON 07/2021: The app works when I'm using my mobile data, but it's not working at all when I'm connected to wifi - I'm unable to login and I get an error. I still have this problem after several updates.
