Used to be great now the new update will only download 1 page at a time instead of the whole paper, I used to download it at home to my tablet so I could read it at work as there is no internet at work. Now I sit a work looking at the app that says no internet instead of reading the paper, I'll be canceling my subscription till it's fixed it's been a week now with no access, phoned the advertiser twice downloaded new app reset app still not working please restore the app.

Absolutely hate the latest version. Previous versions was easier to navigate to the different sections. Like i said.... i hate this version.. not to mention the number of pages that come up blank.

The new app is unusable. I would give it zero stars if it was available. Used to be good but now crashes, is difficult to navigate and has problems downloading the daily paper. Should revert to the usable version. Thinking of unsubcribing.

Not happy with the new app. Have trouble downloading the paper to a 2018 Galaxy Tab A 10.5. I keep getting a message saying "No internet connection. Try to refresh" when it is already connected. The old app never had a problem.

Well done to the genius who took a perfectly good app and completely screwed it. Navigating is shocking. Pages take so long to load I could have gone to the shops to buy a paper quicker.

On many occasions this app does not work. It wont allow downloads and says no internet connection. This is when the internet is working fine with all other apps. Also when you can't download and the advertiser indicates it is a server problem - no compensation.

Now even worse .... new update has resulted in totally disfunctional layout - when it will load. Myriad numbers of typos - but that is right through the paper. So called editor (Sunday Mail) for fauna etc refers to "koala bears" and other errors. The home delivered version is rarely folded in half, stapled liftouts often have staples 1cm + into page. Not a rare occasion to find duplicate advertising inserts. Should spend.more time looking after own paper rather than attacking the ABC .

Everything works well. However unless you d/l the print version there's no access to readers' letters, puzzles or comics. As of October 2021 it keeps crashing. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still crashing.

It has gone from a good app to progressively worse with each so called update I would give it no stars if I had the option I am currently home was trying for 2 hours to download today's paper Finally downloaded on home internet connection then when trying to read it says no connection is available I have it set not to use phone data connection yet it has uses nearly 1 gig of phone data so far this month

In the past, The Advertiser app has been great. These past two days, I'm having ads appear in articles. As I pay a subscription, I should not be seeing any ads. Can this please be fixed
