"Novagems - Duty Stopped: internet connection not available" - I get this message NO LESS THAN 5Xs A DAY!! I've never seen any message from any other security app or any app that I've used says that my internet isn't available. Cannot update or make changes to reports after they been submitted.

The app does a lot of useful things and has some cutting edge tools to work with. Learning curve is not too steep. Some minor bugs, but the Support staff take care of super fast when you communicate any issues. Overall very good for managing your workforce.

Do not suggest. App has spelling errors and sends a notification every time you are no longer connected to the internet. I'm not sure if I was docked time because part of my work place is underground with no internet access. App also has a strict clock out time so if your relief does not show up more than an hour late, you're not getting paid for it and they might just readjust your time anyway even though you were in fact still on your post. I do not trust this app.

It keeps telling me that there's a big fix update and it won't update. Update: after updating on 10/27/2020 app keeps crashing so I can't clock in at all.

App forced me to update mid shift while I was trying to write report, the updated app version caused the app to be non functional. Also, this app is just enabling bad business practices by allowing managers to delegate functions of their company to a third party automated system that is notorious for failure. At least this is the case with my current employer.
