I had an issue with the fare as after the end of journey I had to pay some extra bucks. The team is very cooperative. They acknowledged my query and even refunded my money. Apart from the cab services , the general customer services are really appreciable.

The service is totally uncomfortable and mischievous. I booked a ride today from Soura to Gopalpora Colony. At the time of booking, the amount payable was around Rs. 460/- and after completing the ride, the Driver asked to pay Rs. 640/- i.e. Rs. 180/- extra and he told us that the total distance from Soura is 20 KMs and the amount online has been charged 33% extra of the basic fare being out of District. We tried to contact the management/owner of NovaCab but there was no response.

The app was working just fine before the update. Now I can't log back in because it asks for the OTP which it supposedly sends to your mobile number but never really does. This issue needs to be fixed.

The service is good and the rates are reasonable too. I would like to suggest something though. Please add a 'filter' section where we can choose from the passenger capacity cab as in 3-seater or 6-seater.

Just want to know that why I am automatically logged out from the app. When I try to log in again it says to re register with phone number, entering OTP it gets stuck there only I am not able to use app again
