I have got the lifetime subscription. Regarding the app: App is not smooth and modern and frequent force closes. Regarding the book titles: Books are appearing pixelated on my 10 inch tab. Overall, I am utterly disappointed with the app user interface and quality. I am going to tell the same to my friends also, who are going to take your subscription. The app is ruining the whole experience! I'd suggest you get a good android developer

After I posted the opinion about this app in public, the automatic charge that was applied to my card was refunded. I thank you for it. But, I would like to sincerely warn you about such policies whereby no refunds are issued for automatic renewals and the customer doesn't get a chance to cancel the auto renewal due to problems with the app. Also, asking customers to remove their card from Google is also inappropriate. You need to fix your app and services, yourself.

I could not access and download the comics I wanted to read through the app, and it does not allow any access to account or settings. Now it has auto renewed and charged my credit card even though I have cancelled my subscription within the period. I have sent emails and tried to ensure that I get a refund for material I cannot get -- and it's engineered to make me pay for some service I won't get. They won't refund!!!

Please include a trial preview for viewing the quality of the content and suitability of the interface. Readers would mostly be children and hence feel like making sure it would be effective. Also, please add other language titles browsable menu for viewing all products under a specific regional language.

A suggestion to ACK I have brought so many ACK books for my kids. You can create one page informatics for social media platforms. And that way promote your content and books. One page infographic for each festival, each Devi, Devta, kinks, personality, soldier (Param Vir chakra) so on.... I will promote in my feeds and am sure others will also do it..... knowledge sharing. All the best.

Your app doesn't respond and we have to download the comics and I want better apps and cloud based comics. That means I want better service,no crashes and no black screens. I also want that we do not have to download the comics and view them online instead of downloading on my device.

My subscription was renewed yesterday by misusing credit card information, without my consent. I had a 3 month subscription booked on 24.05.2020 which was over on 23.08.2020. Now again on 23.05.2021 you've subscribed me for a 3 months plan & deducted Rs. 706.82. I request you to cancel this subscription immediately & refund my money at the earliest. I hope it was just an error, otherwise this type of misuse isn't expected from such a renowned publication house.
