・本アプリのご利用には、ドコモ地図ナビサービスのお申し込み（有料）が必要となります。
・ご利用には、本アプリをダウンロードの上、本アプリ上で地図及び施設データを事前にダウンロードする必要があります。ダウンロードが完了していない場合、非通信の環境ではご利用いただけません。
・ナビゲーションや乗換案内など一部の機能のご利用には、ドコモ地図ナビサービスのお申込み（有料）が必要となります。

本アプリケーションのご利用にあたり、ドコモは以下のお客様の利用者情報を取得します。
ご利用の前に必ずご確認いただき、内容をご理解のうえ、ご利用ください。

・ドコモが取得する利用者情報
①本アプリケーションの起動時に通知されるICCID（SIMカード/UIMカードの識別番号）、Instance ID、ご利用機種、本アプリケーションの認証時に当社サーバより通知されるユーザID
②ご利用端末のGPS機能およびその他の位置情報測位機能を利用した位置情報およびその取得時刻
③本アプリケーションにおける操作ログ
※位置情報はお客様が現在地測位ボタンを押下したタイミングで、現在地測位機能を使ってご利用の端末のGPS機能もしくは基地局等の情報から算出したおおよその位置情報を取得します。位置情報は継続して自動取得することはありません。また、取得した位置情報は本アプリケーションを終了すると破棄されます。なお、本アプリケーションでの位置情報の利用を停止したい場合は、端末設定内の位置情報サービスを「OFF」に設定してください。ただし、spモードをご契約で、3G等の通信でご利用の場合、端末の設定をOFFにしても基地局等の情報から算出したおおよその位置情報を取得します。また、位置情報はお客様個人を識別するIDを除く他の利用者情報と組み合わせて利用することはありません。

・ドコモが取得する利用者情報の利用目的
①本サービス提供の際にお客様を識別するため
②本サービス提供の際に位置情報を確認し、位置情報に合わせたサービスの提供をするため
③本サービスの利用実態の分析によるサービス性向上のため

・情報収集モジュールによる取得
ドコモは、上記に記載の利用者情報を、本アプリケーション内に組み込まれた下記の情報収集モジュールにて取得します。なお、当社は情報収集モジュールで取得した利用者情報を、お客様個人を識別するIDと組み合わせた上で、お客様の属性情報等を付加し、利用する場合があります。

情報収集モジュール提供者： Google LLCおよびその完全子会社
取得する利用者情報：本アプリケーションにおける操作ログ

・ドコモが取得する利用者情報の第三者提供
