System errors sometimes we are getting prime play rides and operators bills is generated in Mini compact 5. Password change option not available 6. 1. Whenever i click go home it gives me ride of 30 to 40km behind my address, so its failed. 2. If customer run away withount payment, and we dont click on paid, app will not be operated, no customer call button. I had a bad experience neither i am getting any support from ola not getting that customers number, 3. You are providing us ride, you charge your money for service in return of ours. Will need better customer support. 4. Fleet owner does not earn big, so please help as you can.

Not happy with doing business with ola. my driver always give 100% and complete all the given targets including peak hours but it had never been shown,Gst charges and your commision is also killing us... So clever...

Fixes required: 1. Not able to see the pick up and drop location of current and previous rides 2. Tolls are not being considered and there is no option to avail / reverify toll 3. Need help button on trip details page is not working 4. There are many links which opens up page with 'Oops' error 5. Sometimes dashboard doesn't load and throws error , not able to fetch data 6. Many values like Km driven, number of bookings does not load on Driver and car performance page ... And list goes on plz fix

it was good and fast to use earlier. now.i have noticed that no updates are coming and the app is very soow to goce updates. doesn't give notification fir go home on and off. once the car is off road. even after paying the dues it doesn't show on road for long times. please look for an update and fix the issues. thank you.

This application is very poor can not seen my driver & my vehicle more than time refreshing but show my driver & vehicle.

No notification if driver partner sets go to home. It shows status as "ideal" for more than half hour even if driver is completing a ride. No transparency in Incentive calculation. Ola recently introduced a new rule called as completion rate due to which partners are very less likely to earn incentive. Ola needs to get it improved otherwise it will impact their reputation very badly. Hope this helps!

This is such a bogus company. Riding the success waves as there isn't competition for it. No upgrade on the app. The support number given when dialed gives a message that the number isn't valid. Poor disgusting partner support who don't have a clue or answer to any valid query except repeatedly saying "आपको हुई असुविधा के लिए माफी चाहते है, आपकी हर संभव मदद की जाएगी" and the dumbs have no answer to any. Very bad application, from couple of we are not able to see the surcharge and pick and lean hours changes in operator app. before it was good and one more thing why you don't give facility to add balance from operator app direclty , generally drivers don't know how to do online transactions in my case. please redesign your app.
