I have not ordered first and then picked it up. I use the drive through and it's been great. A couple of times the order wasn't right and we've had to go back but they were nice about making it correct. I prefer Del Taco to Taco Bell because I think they have more choices and lots of $1 deals and the food just tastes better. I appreciate the senior discount NOT being just a drink. The $1 coupons really help plus the free item on the app for saving money and taste give me Del Taco!

App doesn't allow me to put items in my cart and then come back to them. I need to start a new order. Doesn't allow me to search for redeemable promotions once I begin the order process. Who made this mess!? PLEASE contact me so that I can tell you where the pain points are. WHY can I NOT save several store locations in a favorites list? Most of the time that I try to enter a city or zip code, the upcoming list is unrelated to my location. Maybe phone connection is bad, but a list of locations

I tried several times to use this and just gave up. First, it is IMPOSSIBLE to alter a meal option, such as light sauce on chicken tacos in a $6 triple chicken box. Second, I could never order more than one thing. Third, despite having location on and the app knowing where I live, the store locator is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS El Toro, home of Del Taco. (Why?) Fourth, the only option is make it when I show up. Seriously, what is the point? Why have an app if I have to do EVERYTHING in person?

Pathetic effort. Coupon offers rarely work. And when orders actually function properly, the store can't find the order half of the time, then I'd have to place a new order. The bottom menu sometimes disappears and takes you back to the beginning. I can't count how many times I've ended up leaving the parking lot after being so frustrated with the app. Today, I gave up and went somewhere else.

I love the food but the customer service is terrible. Always giving me a hard time for how I want my sauce I dont understand I always offer to pay for the sauce even though I shouldnt it shouldn't even had them tell me it was in the bag I didnt check got home no sauce. I'm sure they thought it was funny but when I came back they seemed a little surprised. I didn't say a word just got my sauce and drove away.

Love it !! This is one of my top three apps I use most in my phone and my two previous phones. The best fast food app without a doubt with great deals and and great free food appears on my app almost daily ! Thanx Del Taco if it wasn't for your app I probably would have starved to death over the last year and a half 🙄😘

Very difficult to use. I've been asked to call back so that someone could check how I could place an order as advertised through our family's email and have it delivered. Looks like there's other complaints from customers. This special offer is for today only for your epic burrito, buy one get one free. I was hoping to order a few things; however, it looks as if I cannot get to step one. We've been patrons of Hollywood store for over a decade and thought to try delivery since offered.

This is the only way I can do Taco Tuesday is by using this app and order it ahead of time I will not go in the store and wait... Won't do it lol. Actually have some pretty good options as well. Only thing I wish that they could improve is for them to add a no ice option for drinks!!! This is rather important as they often put a lot of ice

Navigation is horrible (left right to customize no ok button to approve, back button removed things from cart), adding products requires scrolling all the way out of the screen.) Whoever developed this obviously doesn't use it.

Great app. I grab a lot of quick lunches on the road and del taco has always been a favorite of mine. Now it's the only place I go. I get great deals on the app every day and choose which ones to use
