This is a useless app. dont waste your valuable time to use this app. There ia no usage options is there in this app. Service call request multiple time logged. But every time it was cancelled after 4-5 days. Customer care is the very most worst service never ever i seen earlier. If you want to buy any products dont trust onida care/service. you should take local engg.to clear issue's.

App is best for service follow up and the details of technicians......but the technicians or the service person heads in local areas jammu didn't attend complaints or follow up with the Onida head office as it shows be....spares not available for the fully automatic washing machine and the in-charge of the branch dead in Jammu was not aware even after 13 days.......so sad

They don't even deserve a star.Worst experience EVER!To repair my microwave I called the customer care and they sent an electrician.He changed a part and charged Rs.3550 for it.It worked only once but when we tried again the next day,it did not work.We are calling the customer care service daily since then and they suggested to contact the electrician.But he doesn't pick up the call when contacted.Now they say that my complaint is not registered with them. Please don't buy Onida's product.

worst service in the entire universe. I have brought onida TV from flipkart on 3rd March and it delevered me on 6th March but still now onida technician haven't came for demo and installation. many times I ring to onida customer care but all in vein. I am going to return the onida TV. so, my advice is don't buy onida TV, go for other product like Sony, Samsung, LG etc. otherwise you will regret for it. if there is 0 star option then surely I would give 0 star unfortunately there is no option.

I never ever seen such a worst sevice for Air conditioner. please dont buy this company AC. Because i bought it on 25th march 2020 which has not functioned after may 15 2020. I gave complaint to the customercare twice but they dint come for service.no one has been coming for service More than 10 days. Till no one come. But the dealer says there is no direct service team in the company. So wait for your time. So....Dont buy dont get mentol agnoy for their poor service....

I was trying to contact to know about my complaint registration. Onece one technician came told if the complaint part is available i will come with in two days. Till now no any response from the technician not from the company. i tried to contact more but no way.... I never purchase Onida anymore.

Worst service my installation request denied 3times without any information ( declined message Says set not deliver but delivered by amazon on the day before installation registration ) no response from adonis dealer through phone call... Horrible customer service... They don't pick up the phone call
