Ridiculously Horrible Customer No Service! The "smart" watch fully worked for about a month. After that the sport mode stop recording activity. No pedometer, etc. Save your money. Buy something else.

Only one day of use so far. Does appear to be registering activity accurately except sleep. Cannot get it to show accurate date. It apparently is registering night sleep but nothing for my nap & details on quality...deep, light, etc. Hope it improves.

Great watch, could connect to all apps on phone, messages too and more. Need more watch faces though. Would give it a 5 star of it had more watch faces but other than that, I like the watch.

I will be returning the fit bit i bought because it and this app is useless. Nothing works right. Sent email and they said will basically update the app. Seems that is what they say in all the reviews i have seen. It does not even deserve any stars i would not recommend the smart and sport watch or this app. Both useless . have tried all different methods of trying to correct problem and the only thing that actually works is the heart rate. not the best watch app faces limited. this gurugear watch would be so much better if it just had wear os by Android. this app stops connecting, the faces are limited and connectivity is sketchy.

Words can't even explain . Don't sync. Keeps disconnecting from phone. Can't do anything on it. Need to be looked at like now....

The time keeps messing up. It has made me late to appointments because I use the watch more then my phone to tell time and it's never right anymore.

Only going with a 4 because the weight recording in the app does not save. Other measurements are saved but each time I open it up it keeps saying I way 65lbs. I'm a full grown man.

Heart rate syncing no longer works since the last update. 🤷🏻 Rarely getting text message notifications as well.

This app is terrible. Won't connect to the Smart Watch device and the watch doesn't function without it.
