I paid for my package then instantly the price went down. They offered me a 25.00 voucher. For next time. Fine. I conceded in that part.. But then did not receive the 10% for booking with the app(the only reason I chose them over Exepedia). There were no exclusions mentioned and the trip cost me over 100.00 more than it should have. There was no way to reach an agent WHILE booking. Only after you pay. I feel this is deceptive. I declined the 25.00 since there won't be a next time.

Convoluted policies that sometimes conflict with hotel policies. They say something is free, but then charge you fees for it later. This app has screwed me over for $60+ 3 different times. And when you talk with support, each person gives completely different answers. It's NOT worth it at all. Especially since you don't really save much anyway. You'll end up paying more in the end. Do NOT give this app your CC info!

Fantastic! No matter how long I look for deals, I almost always come back to Orbitz. The only reason my reviews isn't 5 stars is that I booked a flight for my wife and when I came back to send her the itinerary, the only way I could see to do it was to take a screenshot of each flight and the car rental separately. If I could have emailed it to her, or at least sent one screenshot with confirmation numbers, etc., it'd be 5 stars. I like that they save every person I've ever booked a flight for.

I'm warning you do not use orbitz. I booked a flight through them that was changed by over 12 hours and they would not help me transfer to a different flight. No one was willing to help me due to their policy to not communicate with the airlines. On the phone and message for hours with no resolution. Feels like I have been robbed. Please stay away and be careful using their business.

I'm bummed out that there are only two gender options and it's mandatory to pick one. Why does the booking app need our gender and why don't they offer more than male or female?

Your customer service sucks. I get an email confirming my itinary but it won't load. Your agents can't find it. They say it doesn't exist. Why do I get an email if it doesn't exist.

Be aware!!! While the airlines are waving the cancellations and flight changes fees I was deeply disappointed with ORBITZ. I cancelled my flight due to work schedule matters. But when I tried to use my airline Credit ($ 818) for a new booking I was shocked to see a $ 418 rise linked to my credit while on the website tickets are still at the Original price $ 818. So for my new booking I have no other choice but to pay the $ 418 more and the new booking will cost 1256 instead of $ 818. Be aware

We've been loyal Orbitz customers for years. Have used their insurance before, booked international flights, etc. Always had good experiences until the last few months. Recently have had flights canceled and Orbitz customer service gave us the run around telling us we had to make changes trough the airline while the airline tells us we have to make changes through the travel agent. The app doesn't help at all, if something changes, it isn't even updated with the latest info. We'll book elsewhere

Customer Service is trash!!!! They are quick to charge you but, for refunds they lie. I had to call them 5 or 6 times for the refund.. After the managers from the hotel approved the refund 5 weeks ago and still wouldn't not refund me. Better off booking directly to the airline or hotels. Better customer service.

I was charged multiple times either twice for the same thing or for places I never even stayed. When I disputed the charges Orbitz agents claimed it was hotel policy or the airlines, but when I contacted the corporation they put the blame on Orbitz. It was a constant back and forth that resulted in me losing money for no type of experience except the dissatisfaction of getting ripped off by corporations that makes millions of dollars yet wouldn't refund me my money. I'm never using this app agai
