What is going on with this app? This used to be so much fun. I have three of these robots and I can't use any of them. The app won't connect. It stalls midway. As It is the sphero sprk+ has a non replaceable battery so after about a year they are junk. My students love these things. Too bad. Won't be buying products from them if they won't continue to support them and they just become landfill. Will let our science teachers and elementary schools know not to order them.

I bought my ollie 3 years ago and didnt use it very often. It was in his box for the last 2 years. Today I open the box and charge ollie. After I saw green light I couldn't connect my phone to ollie with the app. What should I do?

It's awesome when it works but I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app to get it to work it only connects the first time and after that it just freezes up on the loading page

The robot is cool, but the app keeps freezing i unstalled then installed it and it sill froze. Who ever buy this good luck. Also, i hope they can upgrade the robot and the app in the future,

Doesn't connect. Used to 4 years ago in a minute and now after 5 mins nothing. Also storage permission aren't needed. S0hero education connects in a minute.

NO! You do NOT need access to my files! Use app local storage and stop stealing our private files. LOL then they respond to this comment with reasoning for why they neef access to location. I'm an Android developer. I know how this works. Location permission is NOT the same as allowed access to my local files. It's as if they truly are hiding something nefarious.

Well I really like my Ollie but all the sudden is stopped working like it's saying it's dead so I plug it in and then right when I plug it in 5 minutes later it'll say it's fully charged but I unplug it and try to wake it up with the app and it don't do anything it just says wake up early and my only does not do anything so I don't know what to do I might just get like a newer one or something but I leave one star because this is unacceptable

App goes straight to "Wake up Ollie" any time I select drive. OnePlus 8 Pro, Oxygen OS (Android) 11.0.7.7.

Overall, I think its good. However, like on some of the other products & apps. after Sphero, it lacks the tilt steering option where you can control the robot by tilting the phone if you want. The original Sphero app. had this option but seems to be missing in the later apps. Like for the Droids and this app. (Not sure why this option was not included in the newer apps. since I think it's just a software app. solution.)

Used to work great, but after playing with this again Ollie will not connect to my phone. Bluetooth is on and it has sufficient permissions, and it will connect to an IPhone but not my Samsung S9, it just tells me to wake ollie up when it is already fully charged. I don't understand why this is happening and hope this can be resolved so I can give a higher rating.
