This app does a good job at providing questions, but doesn't provide any explanations that would help you learn if you get stuck. I find it frustrating that there is no skip option and that it costs gems to get the answer for a question. Add in the ability to skip and take off the gem penalty for getting an answer and I would bump up to a 5 star rating.

A lot of people are requesting an explanation of why an answer might be right or wrong. That might be a nice gesture but personally, I don't see a need for it. It is called "practice questions" not "learn how to subnet". If you spend a few minutes every day of this app, you'll be answering subnetting questions in your sleep. I am currently using this to reinforce CCNA studies.

Very good app for practicing subnetting before taking CCNA or N+ cert. The only remark in regards of improvement I have for the app is that when an answer is answering correctly. I wish it would give you the quick facts for the question asked. I.e. number of usable hosts in a /16 network. When I answer 2^16-2, I wish the app would tell me that the exact number is 65534. Still very good app :)

Been using this for my CCNA studies and it's done more to help me understand subnetting than any amount of lectures or practice exams. If you're studying for any network related IT cert, this is worth the download. Bonus points for keeping all the adverts inobtrusive and not constantly using it to interrupt your study like many apps do.

this one is very helpful. i just use to practice subnetting with this.. switch off the msgbox and put a label above the Answer field and show if its correct . it wud make easier . nw everytime we have to click ok button. . and add class A and B lit bit more ... and add questions like givin the total number of subnets and based on that user can create the networks. The dev is responsive to feedback (fixed a user-reported error), awesome. Can you add data validation to answers? I got an answer wrong a couple times, put the phone down, came back to try again later, and the cycle repeated itself until I realized that instead of a dot I had a space! :D

Super simple quick quiz. It's auto generated, so you never get the same question twice. Great for practicing subnetting.

Great study tool when studing for the ccent. The only flaw is that the screen is dark which makes it difficult to see the letters. Apart from that, this app is awesome!
