App ChangeLog
- We've been hard at work improving the app to help it run smoothly. We looked under the hood, made some tweaks, and fixed some bugs. We laid the groundwork for more improvements, too—so keep an eye out for future updates. We're always working to make the app more effective and easier to use.

Glitches all the time. Can't back date parenting to reflect what actually occured if things switched up. Tone meter isn't on the app only on the computer. Expected muchore than we're getting.

The user experience is not well though out. Mail doesn't thread, you have to go to a different folder to see your message vs responses. On top of that it has a tendancy to loose draft messages. Calendar doesn't sync anywhere, and doing something simple like trading dates involves a bunch of jumping around through the program. I wish we'd spent more time looking at apps before deciding on this one.

It's half baked at best. So many inefficiencies and poor design. You can't see their calendar outside of their app--no sharing with Google. You can't respond to your own message if you forgot something in a previous message, you have to create a whole new message chain. Their expenses function only has one choice for sending money and (surprise, surprise) it is way more expensive than all the other options like Zell, PayPal or Venmo. With courts ordering people to use their app they literally have a captive audience, which is great for them but terrible for their users since they have no incentive to make a decent app. Response to OFW: I'm aware you can export the calendar, but that is time consuming and has to be done repeatedly as there is not sync capability.

It's way too freaking expensive All it is is a simple email client at $250 for both parents It's retarded. There's no need to purchase this unless you have the biggest jerk of a husband and can't just simply communicate with him via text message. Also the app has a lot of bugs It's extremely slow I'm talking minutes to load my messages screen. Don't buy it Don't let the court talk you into it.

This app only creates and keeps track of conflicts to use against the other parent. Innocence you're spending $120 a year for a service that's already included in your cell phone plan. In addition it takes twice as much to check a message or write a message on this app as it does using regular text message. As a company this app has allowed the other parent to send messages to an inactive account did she later used it to manipulate a court order to a court that removed my parenting time.

functionality covers the basics, stable app, has web interface. does not foster collaboration, only points out conflicts. most annoying: sends notification like "event created", "created a conflict", "event deleted", but there's no way of finding out what that event is and you have to click through the entire calender and compare it to what you remember. ridiculous! unfortunately it was court ordered for me; i wonder what the judge got from from the app decelopers!

This app is almost complete garbage. I am writing this from my computer because trying to take a picture in the app has frozen and locked up my phone for the past 15 minutes. Check ins almost never work, messaging is cumbersome, the automatic usernames might be the most idiotic thing ever, especially when the app forces you to log back in for no real reason, and there is so much senseless bloat packed in that its difficult to navigate anything. Oh, and you have to pay a small fortune to use it.
Chariz Singson
It's not very easy to navigate in the app and some features of the website is not available on the mobile app. Also, most importantly, even if you add the 3rd party people to the app, it doesn't give them an option to get notifications. Kinda upsetting especially when you pay a lot for the app. I hope they will fix it. At least let the 3rd party get notifications even if it's just about a messages received.
Craig Kibbe
Absolutely junk. There are other apps out there that work way better and do a lot of similar stuff. Can't even create an account after downloading the app. Plus you have to pay for it. False advertising for it being free. I use a different app to track and record texts and other data and it free. This could be as well.

Make sure the other parent is going to use the app with you. They refuse to return any portion of the overpriced $120/yr they charge this app after 30 days. The other parent refused to get the app despite a court order, so I have no use for the app, haven't used it other than to put an appointment reminder for the other parent who obviously never saw it. I'm not sure why they feel they need my money when I'm not able to use the app.
