Taken 8 rides and so far so good. Drivers are really polite compared to another popular app. I just wish there were more drivers, cars and a better map since this one doesnt show you where the driver is in real time.

First time user of app here, driver was very kind. I hope you can also improve the tracking of trips in real time. I booked a ride for my brother but I was not able to see where the car is before (he just notified that he's there) and during the trip, it just showed my current location. But overall, I would recommend this app to a friend. It's a good alternative for Grab.

First time I tired the app, was not able to book at Manila since no drivers are available. But earlier today, I was able to book! Price is wayyyyy lower then the famous competitor. However, long waiting time (20 mins. before driver arrived) beacuse let's face it. Most drivers still use the current competitor. Long booking time is understandable. Highly recommended!

Horrible app. Cannot ping exactly of my whereabouts and it doesn't have the visibility of the whereabouts of the driver. Thus, expectations are not set about the whereabouts of the driver and how long the waiting time should be. Fraudulent drivers and they can definitely get away with it.

Horrible and frustrating! Cheaper fare is indeed enticing but all the drivers cancel unless ur willing to pay more. Interface isn't user friendly and map needs to be improved. This app isn't worth ur time!

From a rider's standpoint, the service is just as good as its major competitor but the application itself still needs a lot of improvement. As to the price of its rides, it's still has one of the lowest available compared to the rest of the TNVS applications. It should fix it's GPS, as it is not yet as accurate and there are still places which I couldn't find in its search feature. The app itself is buggy and hangs every now and then. Whenever I try to book, more often than not, it doesn't arrive at the "searching for drivers" part when I just have to wait for a driver to accept my ride. I remedy this by restarting the app whenever this happens. Unfortunately, it doesn't save the last point of pick-up and destination I choose, so I have to enter them again. How primitive, as compared to other TNVS applications. The drivers are generally okay. I have not encountered any problem with them and they usually pick me up even though they're far from my designated pick-up point. After finally ditching Grab, I think it's still the best available option left for me to use for booking rides. I have been using this week for two weeks straight now and I think I would not encounter problems other than its app. The drivers are also, most of the time, available in Taguig. If only it would put a lot of premium on fixing the application itself (which, I think should be its top priority aside from advertising it), then the probability of getting more customers to book rides from them would go up. In other words, they should fix their user-interface and make the app more seamless to be as user-friendly like its other TNVS competitors' apps.

Better rates than Grab however map needs to be updated as well as the trip tracker. Please improve suggestions because it is better to have another car-hailing app in the metro. Thanks
