It has you try and "connect" your headphones like it's a new set every time so pick the right eq the first time or you are going to have to spend a couple minutes to change it. Absolute garbage software for good headphones. Edit: the find feature is a nice little tune instead of a beep or something so good luck trying to pin point these things. Buy something else.

Please add a toggle for the connection/battery level notifications, or at least a volume slider. I use the noise cancellation on these these to help sleep, but the max volume voice screaming "low battery" in my ear wakes me up.

The app works as it should. I have the RZ-300B and the RZ-500B. The app only needs to be used when making adjustments, the adjustments are then saved to the device being used. You can turn off the gps after you're finished. The GPS is used to help locate the earbuds if you loose them. Compared to the JBL app the Panasonic app just works perfectly. The JBL app you need to close down whenever you change the BT mode from audio quality to Gaming mode or stability mode. That gets annoying.

This app is pretty decent for the RZ-S500W. It works pretty well. I wish it didn't use GPS like others have said and I wish there wasn't a constant notification saying no connection. Overall not bad. The RZ-S500W are awesome as well. Please add an option for these earbuds to automatically pause music when you switch to ambient sound. What's the point of switching to ambient sound to hear someone if my music is still playing over them.

Can you please remove the location requirement to run the app? Requiring that means I can't use these headphones with airplane mode on? Even if I have no signal or location available. Regular updates are appreciated though thank you.

Please make location permission optional. I don't want to use the locate device option which I imagine is the only reason location permission permission is needed. Also, please add an option to control how long the audible beeps and voice notifications are when connecting and when changing volume, etc. They are too loud currently.

I absolutely second the comments of other users regarding the lack of support for Panasonic RP-HD605N model. Come on, it is a $300+ pair of headphones. At least we deserve an app that supports it and works to unlock the full potential of the headphones.

Please give me an option to turn off the LED lights. I use these for sleep, and it's impossible to sleep when bright lights flash every few seconds. Edit: I changed my review to 5 stars. Thank you for adding an option to turn off the LED lights. I can sleep now.
