Dont know whats the prob. Always appear "address incorrect,please key in valid address". I key in the right address. Wasting my time. Old version is bttr.

Very dispointed of customer service. All most one week haven not solve my problem. The app suddenly show "address is not within delivery zone"

Please note under Personal Data Protection Act 2010! I have complained many times to ask you to stop sending emails to me! Stupid management with stupid staffs too didn't make an effort to unsubscribe email!

I'm already a member with membership card but when I try to register it says the NRIC is incorrect, infos all incorrect. I wonder if they really registered it under my name when I first registered as a member a year ago at the supermarket outlet??? I have no idea. Seems very difficult to login even as a pre-existing member. Installed twice, and uninstalled again. Disappointed.

No member card, cannot shop online. Member card registration can only be done at physical store counter. What a joke.

The app says that I have to walk in and register as a member at one of your stores before I can use the app to shop online?! The whole point of shopping online is so that I don't have to go to your stores 🙄

App so slow wasting my time too much .. Estore not update .. everything is out of stock! Then why you open Estore? Some item dont have photo, and search engine so poor.. i type "dutch lady" but dont have result, and when i type "milk" i found dutch lady in the result hahah what is this? Please fix the app mistakes.
