Well I got a reply to my original review but I can't reply to it so I'll submit another one. I formatted my USB stick on a computer. I can see that there is no format option. The fact is the app simply does not read the USB stick at all, it just reports the device as unsupported. Whereas I can read the USB stick without issue on multiple Linux and windows boxes formatted exfat and ntfs - I tried both.

I just tried and faced with a problem. It copies files from my hard disk to internal memory. But I am not able to copy from the hard disk to the sd card (memory card) Actually, the phone does not have sufficient room for copying what I wanted from the hard disk. Only the SD card has enough space. But the copying is not possible. what should I do. I checked for options, permissions, no avail. Please help.

I was willing to pay extra for the value pack. I paid with a different device, and when I tried restoring purchases, it did not seem to work. Fortunately, when I clicked to buy the value pack again, Google says I already bought it, and then restoring the purchase works. I can access my hard drives with Android now! Yay!

It works but you might have to troubleshoot. For example you might have to uninstall and reinstall. It's also good to try different devices like OTG cables. USB Drives, card readers, sdcards, etc. Remember only change out one device at a time so you know which is the bad one. There is a pop-up window or two when you insert a device. Be sure to answer all questions positive. I think some problems are from the app working as a system storage driver without root. It may lead to permission problems.

Not sure how long I have to wait. It keeps showing connecting usb-device and nothing else. I didn't purchase it yet. Wanted to make sure this works but I guess not. My ssd is exfat formated and it works on both Windows and Mac OS. - after got it working to mount... It asked me to try 2 days trial which didn't work. (It was showing an error something like I need to connect to network because of MS license after Google account authentication) - so I purchased the app $14.99 version, It asked me to download Total Commander and I did. However, after downloading the app, I was finally able to mount the drive (exFat) and guess what, it kept spinning to open a folder in the drive and stuck. It didn't go anywhere. (I couldn't even unmount the drive anymore.) After several tries, I just decided to get a refund. What a disappointment..

V3.2.0.2 works (with copying data from usb ssd ntfs to sd card) with old, or latest version of total commander, but updating your app to 3.4xx(latest), it says app does not support copying? Is is the whole reason why I bought it, so I can copy data from my m.2 ssd to my 512g sd card in my phone or tablet. Please fix Problem on any usb device plug into a samsung galaxy tab s6 2019 (all up to date and v10.xx), total commander v v3.11 or v3, to latest build

I have downloaded and connected my WD Passport 5 TB. First day it connected well got mounted and able to transfer the file and now after I purchase it and trying to connect but it shows connected device is not supported. How come It supported first ? My mobile is samsung note 9. Either refund the money or provide any solution?

From connecting laptop hard drives to USB flash drives it does it all. I have never had an issue across 10 devices or so over the time I've had this app. All I can say is if you are having copy issues or otherwise, user error is most likely the case. A pop up on how to copy exactly would be helpful. I don't believe there is an explanation on how to swipe between locations.

This is the only app I've found that actually works. I had some problems with the BETA version but the regular version works great. It makes it a breeze to connect my HDD directly to my phone and download pictures for backup. I am using a WD 1TB External HDD with my Galaxy S20 FE. Very happy with it!

Could not get it to work. kept getting "Connected device is unsupported" when I plugged a UGREEN USB 3.0 card reader into my Pixel 4XL, even after I paid $9.99 for the [UFSD Value pack: get all for a lower price (exFAT/NTFS for USB by Paragon Software)] I uninstalled this program and tried USB Media Explorer from the Play Store and and was able to use my card reader and read the files off my SD card formatted in exFAT without any issues. The Paragon Software app needs to get better hardware support to make it recommendable/usable. Until then I cannot recommend this app.
