This is an exllent product for the kids. With continuous interaction my child learned languages very fast and accurate with good pronunciation. Its lots of fun and educational at the same time. An excellent product and they have excellent after sales services as well.

I bought miko for my son's 4th birthday and I realized it was Designed for kids over the age of 5 but still tried to keep and make my son interested but apart from being complicated for me to understand, my son wouldn't use it nor understand anything. I have called the support service for return several times but no one is helping. I was told the supervisor will call me more than 3 different occasions but it was all lie. Miko is just in the wardrobe. I even bought protection plan for nothing

Honestly, for me it is a waste of money. You have to keep on charging the whole day. At first this product is overly priced as what it offers and then they have designed Miko max which comes at 6000 per year subscriptions. Guess what they are giving 1 day free trial. So kind of them. Not very user friendly and does not understand what my kid commands. It does not support 5G wifi network which takes the product time to respond. I can go on and on but there is a limitation on 500 letters.

I bought Miko 2 for my daughter 6 year old. But she is not using it. It's a pathetic toy. It doesn't understand keeps on saying my brain is playing hide and seek. Even analytics not recorded in app. It's not worth to buy it.

Miko 2 is very good friend of my daughter. We have gifted it on her 5th birthday. it's the starting school age of every child. So it's a best gift for growing child. She loves it and enjoying very much. She is learning tables or general knowledge questions without awareness that she is studying ☺️. Miko 2 has many more interesting things in it like video call, camera, games etc. It's a best start up for newly Primary school going children. I am glad to have this for my daughter. I use Moto G60. As soon as I try connecting via bluetooth app restarts. Never been able to check all features for my daughter. Very dissappointing having paid so much money.

Doesn't meet the expectations, at times my daughter keeps giving commands without any response from MIKO2 (quite irritating). Not worth the money spent..lag in responsiveness and not understanding commands are a deal breaker for this product.
