After installing and starting to add items get a sales email to say how to save $ after the trial. No home use allowed and account removed. Needs to be clear on the download page that it is a trial and home use will be removed.

I actually served the founder and the team that put the app together. Talking to them is an eye opener they really take consideration in the work that is put as a bartender/bar manager. The app shaves so much time in the process and I have to say I appreciate them for that I get to go home early to my dog. Lol so thank you for that.

It's got a killer feature; the graphical method of measuring bottle contents. The rest of it is very average, sometimes incompetent. And the team responds to suggestions as if they are already working on it but actually they did nothing new for 2 years.

Partender has been a great addition for us. It makes inventory a breeze and allows us to track our costs accurately. We have also been able to greatly reduce what we have on hand with the reporting it offers. We are able to directly place orders to our distributors through the app which also saves a ton of time. Customer service has been great. Any questions we have had were answered promptly and follow up calls were made to ensure that were still on the right path.

For someone like me who isn't very tech savvy, setting up my bar on Partender was so easy! I was hesitant to transition to something new after decades of paper/pen/Excel. But realizing how much dead stock we were stuck w/ during Covid closures made us realize how much we were overordering! Dont do it! Neat app, terrible company. Notified them of the sale of our business via email a year ago and they just charged me the auto renew and wont refund. Even though they were notified and KNOW that the app was not being used the whole time. Three months in of going around and around... oh yeah and the platforms they say are going to integrate with have been "coming" for two years for me.
