I've been using this app for a couple of years and it's worked great. However, ever since I recently updated the app it has stopped working (each time I sign in it says "Sync Successful" then immediately after I keep getting an error code 500). I hope this inconvenience gets resolved soon.

I loved this app originally. Then out of no where my mobile deposit stops working. Issue is, this bank isn't located every where, so to deposit a check I have to drive a bit now with the mobile app not letting me deposit checks. Very inconvenient and frustrating. Making me want to completely withdraw my money and go to a different bank.

this credit union has been a godsend it's hard like DMV on the day when they g from day one. they are so flexible and understanding. (and I have personally pushed the limits on this) they just keep bouncing back, and having my back. my onlycpmcern is that the roadside assistance which comes 🆓 with my checking account, has left me high and dry on more than one occasion due to glitches. all In all, I am a satisfied Patelco patient for life. they treat me like they used to do in days gone by.

This used to be a good, reliable app. But the mobile deposit is no longer working. Iv'e been told by the bank that it's been down for two weeks and they don't know when it will be up again. Unacceptable.

seems to do what it should without any issues we could add two-factor authentication to make it even better It appears they've updated their app to add two-factor but now they've broken check deposit

Terrible!!! Patelco's Zelle send money option never works on the app or online. Can someone recommend another bank that has good mobile support for their apps. You will hate this banks online mobile features!!! Nothing more frustrating when you need to make transactions in time critical moments and there is a 60-70% chance the app is gonna tell you its not working at the moment. Get it together already, I've been a customer for 5 years already and its been a steady decline downhill.
