Here are some problem that I meet when using Paxel App: 1. List of complete transaction on my app somehow not show at all while I'm already send some of package using Paxel. 2. I can't read detail message in my Inbox and when I click those message line, pop up "copied to clipboard" appear. For point 1, I don't know whether its happen to another users but I consider it a problem since I can't track complete shipment through Paxel. Hope it can be update with better version soon. Thank you.

Almost every month have to update the application. Minimum top up amount via bank transfer (BCA) is 250,000 IDR.

I updated my application to version 2.5 on the OS 11 smartphone, but all integrated applications such as payment with gopay, shopeepay, whatsapp chat with customer service, all of these applications were not launched from paxel. I tried to contact customer service, I was only told to restart the device and if it still doesn't work, just ask to try ordering via the website. If there are still bugs, please don't launch the updated application.

I had a payment issue, it couldnt connect with other digital wallet such as gopay, etc. So i did top up the paxel credit, and i regret. When i input the nominal, it had a minimum number (Rp50.000), cause i needed to send something desperately so i did it. I thought that i could withdraw the left money, but i just cant. i dont even want to use this app anymore. when i checked the credit option, it only has 'top up' feature, and the minimum nominal got increase, it became Rp500.000.Let me withdraw

The app keeps getting error from night 7pm til morning. It doesn't get resolved at all for the whole night. Sending a message thru WA only got a robot message which automatically close the issue after 15 minutes. The application reliability is so bad if you got errors for the whole night without any fix

This is a very annoying app. I already filed a complaint about the payment issue but no response from Paxel, somehow the app cannot connect with shopeepay or gopay everytime i want to make a payment. As if it's leading me to buy paxel credit. I hope they fix the problem.

The app cannot connect to shopeepay or dana to payment. But I can't make a shipment with cash because I need to add extra box. I've tried to contact CS but they didn't help. I saw so many comment about this problem. Please fix the bugs! Its annoying.

I had a couple bad experience with Paxel. My packages were not delivered to my customers. I claimed them and Paxel repaid the value of the packages. After that incident it has taken me sometime to trust Paxel to deliver my packages again. But, I give another try and they have not failed me once since then. Thank youu Paxel. Paxel made me lose my customer. Even customer "emphaty" didn't help. The employee made a false report, "heroes" act as they are VIP. If there are any competitors, i will surely change my delivery agents. And now, they told me to Update the app but there is no update button. I already reinstall the app, but still need to be updated and i can't track my deliverIes. Well done, paxel 👏👏 to add another dissapointment for your customers.
