Why does it turn my audio so loud? When I'm using my headphones it turns by itself the audio SO LOUD it hurts my ears, EVEN WHEN I AM NOT USING THE APP. Fix it please.

I have the Classic reader and one day it worked fine and the next day you released an update and it no longer works. I called customer service, we went over "troubleshooting steps" and nothing worked. I have been with the Clip 2 years but, oh surprise! The "warranty" is only for 1 year. And now you "offer" me to buy another, more expensive Clip with Bluetooth so that it works with my device, a new Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus?! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR SERVICE!

Very satisfied with all! congrats. To be honest when they told me about this equipment and the app I didn't believe it. Super easy to use. only have one question, Do you charge any fee for transaction i bought one in Mexico and on the box it said 3.6% fee but nothing else. No terms and conditions.

these app needs permission to turn on audio, and it turns on audio even when you are not using the app. it also turns on the bluetooth even when you're not using the app. had to uninstall. bad app.

It doesn't let me verefied my account.. it asked me to put my number in. After that it sends me a code i have to put in but it does not work. And it just keeps sending me multiple codes and none of them seem to work

So would love to try this app, but unfortunately it says my phone number is not valid to sign up. Well checked it 4 time correct number so the issue isnt my own stupidity. So thats a bummer :/
