Worst service. If really want insuance for the sake of documentation, policy bazaar is a simple option don't expect the claim if incidents happened . Claiming process is a nightmare. They talked nicely before taking insurance. For claiming they didn't care what was my circumstances. Better I could go with direct insurance from next time onwards. Wasting my time. I had policies with them for 5 years and met minor incident and come to know no use with this.

I had a terrible experience with this app. My car was in the service center. I went there to get the video, uploaded it perfectly and came home to know that online claims department does not have the video itself. The video does not even get saved anywhere so that we could resend it.

Pathetic and useless I will never recommend Policybazaar to anyone it's a fake. I just booked car insurance.this company doesnt deserve brand ambassador like Akshay kumar. Even after 1.5 months of receiving payment advice from HSBC bank not received claim amount. Once i get the procedure for logging consumer court complaint i am going to file a complaint.

I have made a big mistake being a part of the policy bazaar.Rather than making the whole insurance process easy,they have made it more complex.Its been a week and still the approval is pending,cannot start the work on the accidental car...its a fake company,don't insure any of the asset through them they won't support you in time of need.

Worst kind of service I ever experienced. You promise us to secure or indemnify our loss during emergencies or accident in return of a consideration i.e., premium but now when there is no short fall from my side and I expect at least a regular service i.e in time I get delayed service that to you keep on saying that you guys have put my complain in priority list what is the use of this list if I don't get the service in time. We should never believe in policy Bazar ever.

The promises were while policy bazar has sold the policy but when it came to provide assistance for the motor vehicle claim, I submitted the video of damage but there was no response. When toll free number was called, I was put on hold for 8 mins and call was disconnected. Same happened 3 times and I pressed 1 for callback which has yet not been received. This speaks poorly on so called motto "aapki side hai". Pathetic. Recommend to avoid buying insurance from policy bazar with false promises.

Very bad reponce of the team. App is ok but claim is not processed .Team is looking for reasons to deny claims, made video 2-3 times , called customer care mutiple times where was put on hold for around 7-8 min each time. Finally repaired the car with own money. Avoid Policy bazaar.

Worst app I have ever seen in my life Effort by me:- *30 times try to upload the video but it stop at 99%, *8 time uninstall and reinstall the app *Continuously 4 to5 hour spend on this but it stop again and again at 99%. and there are no result. Zero 🌟
