Not freindly app. I cud not register my details and unable to move further. OTP came some how i cud nit enter. After that the apo is not acceoting and cinveys that i am existing user and login. When i try ti login it states that enter mobile no. Aftet entering mobile no message comes check your mobile no. I cud not go further. If any assistence or guidance extended it will be nice. I wish to help the police department in making the AAP better. Please let me know where I can offer my help. Senior citizen aap idea is great however it is not readable.. The font color is white and the background is white too.. Furthermore, fields such as dob and age are not editable.

I tried to register being senior citizen, but unable to due to repeated response; displaying for checking mobile no. inspite of entering correct mobile no. I tried with second mobile no. of mine without success. There is no path/ link for addressing this problem in the App. App is apparently not user friendly and rather be improved upon quickly, to be easy to use and interact. As it is present day senior citizens are not digital medium savy and such like App may not serve its intended purpose

Tried to register on behalf of my grandmother but this message appears everytime - "user already registered" and when I try to login with phone number, it says "please check mobile number and try again". No grievance redressal or complaint system present. Had a poor experience.

Not able to register on app with mobile no. Earlier tried registering through website but OTP never received. Then tried registering through App and it says mobile no.already registered. When we try to login with same mobile no., It gives error as check mobile no.

When I try to register as a new user it says 'already registered, log in'. When i try to log in it gives me a prompt 'check the mobile no. Which was entered in the first place for new registration.

Sir, I have registered online 51659 on 15/06/19 for my mother's Sr. Citizen Member Card and submit the hard copy application on Police Station Geeta Colony 17 June. Despite the fact that we had registered during the early stage of dreaded Carona phase,none cared to contact,even telephonically. Today I found that not even a Beat Officer has been assigned. Not surprised about the functional efficaciousness.This was a fearsome unprecedented period when senior citizens really needed a little assurance,nothing more. Scheme apparently a part of PRO exercise,nothing more. Don't find any place in the app from where I can withdraw.Please Help in this.Big Thank U.

I am unable to register myself and get my wife registered in this app.as it shows user already registered but we both are not.And when we try to click on existing user still we are unable to login
