Perfios seems to bask on past glory. Many account updates such as Birla Sunlife, LIC and HDFC Bank keep failing. The App interface seems to be developed on a very old technology and is intuitive..Unfortunately spent on premium services with very little use.

It was great to start with but since long there has not been any new upgrades in features both on web and app versions. Seems no point in keep paying for subscription.

Poor app. UI is very old looking. Issues with login. Does not allow me to properly enter login details. Issue resolution is a drag.

There is no proper nomenclature of passwords.Timely help is not available I have reset my pass word successfully and recorded it in 13 charactors .After successfully entering credtials of the accounts to be added, system again asks for Master PW ,but accepting only eight charactors. Message pops up that PW is wrong and you are left with 2/1attempt and finally account gets locked up for 24 hrs everyday hapening for last two days.Emails remains unanswered. emails reply asks further questions....

Update(26/08/2019) . Thanks for your reply, but this review is not for the app, but for your website. Perfios has launched new HTML5 website and instead of improving upon the flash version, this one looks like designed in haste and thing are all over the place and confusing. They have not kept the design constant and the website is very poorly designed, looks more like alpha version and not a finished product. As a paying customer, I am not impressed.

This feedback pertains to the latest update, so please take it with a pinch of salt. 1. Dashboard - The only way to drill down is to touch the pie. If your phone has no stylus, you will only be able to touch the larger slices. Go buy a new phone? 2. What is this Master password that pops up when you click the - any clues? How does this work - is this for the specific account or is this something else? Help section anyone? 3. About section - On an app, you go to this section for Help on the app?

Using this app for the past 3 years, took it as a replacement for Mint... started as a platinum member, downgraded to gold and now regular since i did not see a value in paid membership. 1) the UI is the worst, that we can't do analysis ourself for the given duration. all analysis are default and no improvement since last 2 years. the upgrade 2 years ago made many options worse. 2) doesn't have connection to basic Indian companies including utilities, telephone etc 3) Update don't happen
