Worked until I inserted an SD card after using for 5 months without one. Drops on and offline, never gets to a screen that is a current one. Can't return to Amazon at this point. No factory reset is available either. Don't buy.

I see horrible reviews on for this baby monitoring system and I have NO IDEA what they're talking about. One review said there's no blue light LED option. Uh YES THERE IS!! Its on the side of the camera!!! LOOK FOR IT!! And the update complaints that the sound is too loud. Not for me, So either way, we could all nitpick and find a million things wrong with everything but that's a miserable life. I love my monitor guys. It does everything I wanted it to do. The night vision on always or just at night. Do you want to grant access so that the hubby can tune in during the day while youre nursing the baby in the nursery..CHECK! Do you need to run to the store while someone babysit but you still wanna check in? ..CHECK! It doesnt matter how far away from home I go, as long as the monitor is connected to my wifi and and online, I can see and hear everything. The picture is very clear and not grainy. I love this thing. I was browsing online to see if I could connect on my laptop and came upon these reviews so I had to leave one. I think you'll be happy with this camera. There's a reason the C220 is SOLD OUT!

So far, my wife and I have been very happy with our Kodak Cherish baby monitor. I've been impressed with the frequent feature updates through the software and the company has been mostly quite responsive with problems and offers to replace the monitor if it stops working right. My only complaint so far is there is significant lag between the room and the monitor and app, sometimes as much as five seconds. It would be nice as well to be able to play a custom lullabye from the app. Overall, good.

The camera and app work great only when they work. I can have good wifi or four or more mobile data bars and the monitor looses connection or buffers all the time. I can't even use it for 15 minutes at a time. The idea of the whole set up is great if only it were dependable. Tried the customer help. Tried updating firmware and nothing has updated or began working again.

App is ok, friendly to use. But the actual kodak cam hardware is awful. Returning it today. Doesn't sync well. Monitor freezes and the just goes black. Tremendous lag. Can't believe I didn't listen to Amazon reviews and gave it a try. Please don't bother with the product. Called about tech support, was transferred to another devision which doesn't even deal with baby cams. Very disappointing. Choose a better baby brand name.

Updating my review. I had an issue with the local connection and the app thinking I was remote. Support team has acknowledged the issue and is currently working on a fix. I have a workaround in place for now that gets me to not remote status 80% of the time. Once this gets fixed I will change my review accordingly.

Very slow to connect to stream for shared accounts. Motion detection is poor, missing several key motion capture moments for a baby monitor (e.g. baby sitting up in the middle of the night). Overall, camera quality is poor compared to other competitors.

Only works occasionally. I have a super open concept house with 2 wireless access points and 1 of them being right outside the babies bedrooms plus I have top of the line internet speeds. Needs better connectivity.

When our Samsung Note 8 upgraded to the latest operating system one of the two cameras crashed. Got a replacement, same problem. The android ap PIE is not compatible with pairing and connecting to this camera as of this writing.

Horrible App. Video doesn't display for one room but shows fine for another room. Restart device and still nothing. This issue doesn't happen on iPhone. Sound is recognized in the room but the video will not record. Just keeps spinning
