I always had a great experience before with using this app to manage my payments and account... Until the excessive call or text two-step verification began. Please make this optional, or just change it up entirely! I'd rather use my other cards for things right now so I don't have to mess with the frustrating login process every time I want to make a payment.

I have had to change my password at least 8 times in a month or so. I know I'm putting the right password in, but it keeps telling me it has expired. I'm having to change my password every week or less, and quite frankly it's getting old. It's not a bad card per say, but the app quality has gone down quickly. I'm honestly thinking of getting rid of this card because it's becoming nearly impossible to log in and pay my bill which makes it totally worthless.

Nice on the eyes, but it doesn't save my fingerprint login for me and it isn't uncommon for the other tabs to not loaf

It's been great so far, the app was easy to use until today. I went to use my petal card for the first time and when I got home I sat down and tried to log into my app to see if it was working properly. The app said that my password had expired and that I needed to update the app. So I updated and reset my password and now it won't let me into the app because it wants to send me a text with a pin and me to verify the pin so it know s it's me, and it just will not send me a pin so I can log in

I LOVE this credit card!! there are no fees....you get cash back on purchases and they raised my credit limit after a year. Their customer service is also really nice! Love it!! ❤

App suddenly requires a text or voicemail call for every single login no matter what. What's the point of selecting Remember Me? It's extremely annoying to have to recieve a text or call just to check the app. Turns a few second experience to a minute or more. STOP IT NOW PLEASE. ALSO, the app refuses to update its own data. If my credit score is supposed to update on the 10th, why is it now the 12th and still NOT updated? You have allowed a great product to become less than great. BETA TEST!

I was digging the app, easy of use, accessibility. Up until the last update. They have added a 2 step verification which takes 2 minutes too long/ feels like such a hassle when you just want to check your balance. Maybe they should add the 2 step verification if you need to do anything else.

I really enjoy the app, but I think at the moment there are some bugs going around. I always have to verify with a code every time I log in now and that's a bit bothersome. I also can't access my petal account through my budgeting app either, so I'd love a fix as soon as possible please!

I haven't been using petal for too long but in the first week I had it, it was wonderful. The last update requires a code every time I open the app. Most of the time I just give up logging in since it'll take too long and that has effected my use of my credit card in all honesty. Would love to have that fixed
