Scroball is a lightweight scrobbler for Last.fm which can track music playback from almost any media player on Android, including: • Apple Music • Pandora • Google Play Music • Spotify • SoundCloud • YouTube Red • Deezer • Tidal • Amazon Music • Telegram • And many more... Tracks played while offline will be cached and submitted when internet access is available This app makes use of the Notification Access permission to read media playback information directly from the system for any app. This is the only way to read playback state for many apps. No other data is read from the system or stored. Note: certain manufacturers (including Xiaomi) stop apps from starting automatically by default. If you have issues with scrobbling not starting without the app being open, look for an 'Autostart' section in your phones settings menu. For MIUI this can be found in the Security app -> Permissions -> Autostart.

Used to be very reliable but now it often fails to see what my music player is playing. I have to keep disabling and enabling the list of possible players for it to work

Used to work super well and be extremely reliable until one of the Android system updates in May/June. Since then it's not scrobbling properly anymore. Some tracks are not scrobbled at all, while others are incorrectly scrobbled multiple times (up to 6 times at once). Will rate 5 stars again once fixed

This app used to work very well, however for the past few weeks it has completely stopped working. As a result I have lost hundreds of scrobbles.

This is the best multi app scrobbler for Android. Works well and consistently with lots of players. Perhaps the only missing feature would be a notification if it detected double scrobbling between itself and another app. I had Scroball and Spotify both scrobbling my Spotify listens last year, so I had to do a lot of cleanup. But you know, that was really my fault.

I just downloaded it today bc I needed a scrobbler for YouTube Music, which works great! I just keep getting the same scrobbling notification over and over again in the span of a few seconds, which gets really annoying really fast. I turned the sound and vibration off in the settings, but it still keeps doing that anyway, is there possibly a way to fix that?

This app use to work really well. I was playing a spotify playlist to fall asleep to and it's registered and put on my last.fm account that I listened to a song 18 times in a row, when I've looked at the history, the app has scrobbled the song from 30 seconds, 35 seconds etc etc until it looks like I've played the son that many times, if it keeps happening I will be looking for a new app.

lately i dont know what is happening with the app that it stops scrobbling cause the notification access gets disabled and you only realize cause you see ot hasnt scrobbled anything to your profile so you have to open the app and grant access again, really annoying

Finally, a Last.fm scrobbler that just works! I listen to all my music on Saavn and it doesn't support scrobbling and probably has no plans to include it either. Simple Last.fm Scrobbler fails to detect the app when it's playing music but Scroball just works out of the box and you can even 'love' tracks from the notification shade. It doesn't have any of the bells and whistles that SLS does, like the option to set scrobble point, battery saving features and scrobble statistics but it works!

It stopped scrobbling for no reason at all since last update. Everything was okay before that.

Doesn't work very well with media monkey. It will detect and scrobble what you are playing when the screen is on (but only if scroball has previously been opened). But if the screen is off it will not detect when a song has been changed correctly and will instead scrobble a repeat of the previous song indefinitely until you pause music.
