I wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews but this app has been working perfectly with the feeder mini I bought for my cats. I have no complaints at all. It does exactly what it says it will.

Worst UX/UI I have seen in an app. Very convoluted. The English is clearly Google-translated and in some cases completely unhelpful (I have the permanent message "003 The system is abnormal"). My Petkit Fresh Element very often stops working because it loses WiFi connection, and setting up the connection again takes at least five attempts with the confusing interface. (Not even starting about the alleged scary data collection.)

It's been literally over 5 days of not being able to reset my password through this app. I input the correct information and it never sends a password reset email. I contact their support and they have been EXTREMELY slow to do anything. Pretty ridiculous.

I was VERY worried after reading other reviews that they would want a lot of personal info, but that appears to have changed. We have the Pura X, and the app allows us to track or cats' use of it and gives frequent updates on the status of the device. I only wish I didn't need to click through so many screens to get to the log after clicking on the notification.

This app works but the UX experience is really poor. Take feeding plan for example, really difficult to find where it is and how to adjust.

Can't register. It just spins and says it is loading. Then it it disappears. I also question whether pet feeder works at all because our scheduled feeding times have stopped. It has been about two weeks. Is this company even in business??

Pura X owner. Not the smoothest app, but adds extra benefits for cat toilet then our previous auto toilet (no app). It could be improved, but does its job for providing extra benefits to the products. Interesting to have my watch notify me that my 5.8kg cat spent 2mins doing their business...

For Refresh Element 3, half of total dispensed food is offline so I will never know the exact grams I fed my pets. Amazing.
