Frequently loses connection and can't reconnect no matter what I do to accomplish that: request to connect, turn aids off then on; restart Bluetooth and repeat reconnect process; restart phone and repeat reconnect process; uninstall app, reinstall app, open app and repeat reconnect process! Looking for a bigger hammer now!

Just bought my aids, found out the app does not work with my perfectly good Samsung 8+ phone for answering calls or media. Would have to buy a NEW PHONE!!! This appt is only good for volume. Ready to return the hearing aids! My previous set of Phonak aids had a wonderful app!

This app sucks . Hearing aids keep disconnecting. Sometimes the right other times the left.

App is useful, but needs improvement. The bluetooth connection goes down often--several times a day--and when the bluetooth link is broken, often it will not restore itself without rebooting the phone. Simply turning bluetooth off and on sometimes works, but often not--the app hangs at 22% for both hearing aids. This is unacceptable. My wireless headphones connect automatically every time. When using the TV adapter, volume should default to the previous setting, not begin at a high volume. The audio signals when changes are made are annoyingly loud. Briefly, the hearing aids themselves are great. The app is not great. It is useful, but flawed. It could be and should be seamless, but is not, requiring lots of fiddling with bluetooth. I have to use it, but don't like it.

I had the same trouble that other Android users have left comments about: "Unable to connect" or "waiting on left hearing aid". I called Philips cust svc. Apparently, if you establish blue tooth connection with the hearing aids through the phone's "Settings" first, then use the app to connect to the hearing aids, it works great. I'm using a OnePlus 7t Android phone. It's on Philips' approved cell phone list. There's nothing wrong with the app. Problem is with sequence we use to connect to it!

The app disables the phone in the car. Not only can't I use the car's hands-free features, I also can't use the phone by itself. When I remove the app from the phone, everything works normally.

I need to hear when I need to hear. While the hearing aids themselves work ok (somewhat tinny), The app has a mind of its own. Today the left one decided to stop sincing with Bluetooth. I cannot hear my phone calls without trying to hit several buttons. Not professional when my client doesn't understand. I've Uninstalled the app and restarted my phone. We will see if that works. If not, I will have to rethink this device. I have to be able to depend on it, not just hope it works.

Just bought today and very disappointed. The Bluetooth experience is horrendous! Only 1 hearing aid stays connected while the other keeps cycling on and off every couple of minutes staining the battery of the right hearing aid. If there isn't a fix soon I'm going to return my hearing aids and return to Phonac. The last pair I had lasted 7 years and they worked well, unlike the philips I just purchased.

That the price of a hearing aid is high I can understand, but that then the app has to be this bad I can not understand. Keeps falling out. Disconnect one of the hearing aids (most of the time left) Not really good. 1 star for effort. Need a real update that makes this much better. Ps it was already bad before Android Security patch. So do not blame a bad app only on that.

I have had the same problems that others have reported, and emailed Philips/Demant several days ago as 'Marc' suggested, but haven't received a reply, or even an acknowledgement. So much for Philips customer service...
