Philips DreamMapper has access to the following permissions: Location Approximate location (network-based): This is to set up Bluetooth communication. A location is required to acquire the pair. Photos/Media/Files Read the contents of your USB storage: This is needed to access the scanned and stored image that the camera takes of the Device Serial Number (DSN). Storage Read the contents of your USB storage: This is a way to access the DSN image that might be stored on the SD card (some Androids devices store images to the SD card). This is the default behavior when you ask for the Photo/Media/Files access. Camera Take pictures and videos: Used to scan the DSN. Other reasons Receive data from Internet: DreamMapper needs to communicate with its Data Center. Helps me determine the days that I sleep best. Have been using app for several years, it lets me know my sleep habits. Needs work. Data for current night doesn't always appear. It still needs work. Without warning it will need a reset or will not connect to server. If the the dates were listed, such as May 22, it would be more valued to me. Also if the actual day appeared in order.

Great at first, now doesn't work at all! When I first downloaded the app, it worked great! Tracked my info from my CPAP, good charts, etc. However after about 10 days, it won't go past the login screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it to see if that works but no change. I have the correct login and password so it's not a issue of being locked out. If if would actually work, it'd be a 4 or 5 star app. At this point, all it is doing is taking up space on my phone.

When this app works correctly, it is great! However the app will sometimes lock you out. Therefore forcing you to uninstall, reinstall, rescan the CPAP serial barcode (located under CPAP), and reset a username and password. Could you please offer a version of this app that would allow the use of my fingerprint? Perhaps a two-step verification using a passcode text to my phone? These changes would make my life easier going forward.

Good when it works! I have to this app for years. Had connectivity issues. Sometimes work, sometimes doesn't. Lately it's been OKAY. Good, useful information when it's working. But the app is clumsy to use. I wish it can seemingly integrates with Google Fit to update sleep information.

When the app is working it is a wonderful tool but sometime it said there is not data. I have to open and close the app to get it to download the data. The other day it made me login but it just stayed on a blank screen. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it. So far it is work now.

Reason why this app is gien a 1 star. This app had me creat a password that had unique rules because of this i just dont have it memorized. When tring to reset the password the error "error in processing this request" comes up no help no other alternatives. It's a good thing the products function better than the app.

It's now been 14 months since I was prescribed a Philips Dreamstation and it has truly changed my life. I have changed my evening diet to reduce the AHI percentage, by cutting out heavy meals and eating earlier, allowing for more time between meals and sleep. My goal is to keep it below 1.5. The latest software update in April 2021 caused the unit to block or misplace daily readings for 24 hrs or so, but overall it is a breeze to read and understand.

When it works it is a useful tool. It takes me 10 times or more trying to connect to get the data and most times I give up because it tells me to check my Bluetooth connection. My connection is fine with all other devices.

Very easy to use and understand results. So glad my vendor mentioned it. And that I can track both hubby and my dreamstations in 1 ap makes life so much easier.I wish there was a way to add comments for exceptionally good or bad nights. I think it would be helpful to the doctor.

It's great to know the frequencies of my apnea/obstructions during my nights sleep. It has a helpful FAQ layout to help diagnose and fix certain issues that may arise to help insure that you're getting the best fit for your mask, or many other troubleshooting issues that may come up.
