Glitchy and Frustrating. This has been a great concept for getting my kids to brush their teeth twice a day HOWEVER, when it glitches and they lose their streak it's very heart breaking. My daughter got up to 70 and her goal was to make it to 100 BUT she got knocked back down to 1! Can't this app get updated or fixed? My kids really love the app but it's hard to see them work so hard and not get the rewards they deserve.

Glitchy, disappointed it used to work fairly well. Kept track of my son's progress and streak for consecutive days brushed. Updated the app and lost everything. Now it doesn't keep track of his consecutive days brushed anymore.

Now instead of bellyaching when it's time to brush, my kids actively ask me to brush their teeth! You need the sonicare toothbrush as well for the app, but it's well worth it. Each child profile gets a "sparkly", and in order to keep it happy and earn presents, you have to brush your teeth consistently. Their dentist approves, and so do I!

I like the idea of the app, but unless I have the app open while they brush their teeth, it won't give them credit for it. Since that's the case, they also don't get a reward or hold a streak. It makes it harder to motivate them if they're not being rewarded for it and they lose interest after a while. Wish there was a better way since I'm not always there with my phone when they brush their teeth. Also, the timer is only for one minute, not sure why.

We were surprised how the gamification captured even a 10-year-old and hooked them to brushing. Spend too much time on the award toys though ;) And too bad this is so hard to install on a rooted phone...

I created the kid profiles on my phone, but when I log in on a different device it doesn't bring them over. This is a problem because their dad and I split bedtimes. I thought because I had to create a high security login (for a toothbrush?) that it would save our data, but no.

App is great when working but is way too buggy. Absolutely heartbreaking when it loses all your progress. My daughter has twice gotten up to 70 days and then lost all her progress and had to start back at zero. She was so upset and heartbroken that she seenow refuses to use the app.

Was excited to try this app with my son. But no luck at all. Tried with 3 devices and none of them even showed the brush. Bluetooth sees the device, but app don't.

I like the app from teaching where to brush and timing and inventive to brush, but can't get the parent dashboard to work. Send verification email says I'm already verified. Already verified says I need to click the link in the email.

This app doesn't work well. Sometimes it fails to give credit for a brushing and resets the streak. It also claims to give rewards, but the rewarded item is not present in the dashboard. It's a good idea, but not executed well unfortunately. Customer service live chat was not helpful at all. Was told I'd be referred to a "tech specialist," but no one ever contacted me.
