Until last week (beginning of June'21) it was working fine and was convenient for us to pick up our child without having to wait. Since about June 7, 2021 I can't login to my account, it just keeps spinning. Tried to uninstall the app, restarted my phone. It doesn't work!!! Review update: Hop hop representative reached out to me to on the same day and provided the solution to the issue. Really appreciated the service!

I love the app..it does accelerate the pick up process. One thing boders me. since I changed my phone to a pixel 3xl. The app doesn't show any notification even after a re install and I checked all the permissions for this app. I need to start the app in order to see if my wife is picking up the kids or if the process is completed. Not sure if it's the phone, or the app or me.

idea it's great! GPS info needs to adjustment, it need to consider the people riding the metro and losing GPS signal. and the killer issue! FEES... not a problem paying fees! but 5$ a month a little too greedy! and 25$ per year! really! i used this app for my child's school time, why should I paid for the month of no school!

This is really a great app, I don't have to wait 20 to 30 minutes outside in the cold to get my daughter. I just click when I am 10 minutes away and by the time I park in front of the school, she is ready to go home. This is really time saving and efficient. Thank you so much for those behind this app, I truly hope it keeps running smoothly💞

This app is just awesome!! Having my son ready as soon as I reach the school is the best! As a single mom, every minute counts! Avoiding the waiting period of calling the child, waiting for him to get dress, going back to say bye to whatever friend he forgot 😒...Now I show up, he jumps in the car and we're off! Amazing!!

Every person you add to the app is supposed to have a picture taken BUT my pic turned itself sideways, it didn't ask me for a pic of my child THEN the school refused my registration and then it would not add my wife without a pic. Very inconsistent, seems cobbled together...I'm sure these apps are taking off with Covid..gotta be something better.

great app! but can't Even open with my new phone. I'm assuming maybe Android pie is the issue. Hope they fix it soon. because i love at my kids are ready when I go to pick them up!

Terrible. It's doesn't properly calculate the distance, doesn't properly update. Your left arriving with still 5 sometimes 10 minutes away. Doesn't waste your subscription money. I don't plan renew.
