Used to love it for years. Ordered weekly, then covid struck they raised the minimum order limit. So ordered every month and the rest with a friend. And now a lot is going out of assortiment, and they bring there gross own brand as a replacement or nothing at al. With that a whole lot more. The service used to be top of the bill but at this point it's blunt. They promise to get back to you, nothing happend. Then a minor excuse and no solution. No picnic for me and my friend anymore sadly !

I see many negative reviews and I do not understand why. Picnic has been nothing but good to us. Yes I agree we were on the waiting list for quite some time but that is due to covid-19, the demand surge was something nobody could anticipate. The order process is simple and the deliveries have been on time and smooth with no issues. The staff is friendly and overall an ideal solution for anyone who needs groceries delivered at home.
