brilliant used for years now. programmes loads of workouts. needs update though ? on s4 mini when playing music it turns it off instead of just Lowering it when timer 321 comes on?

I bougt this app cause it's simple easy and fast to use, I would use it wit pleasure, but there's 1 main feature why I'm uninstalling it for-the sound settings. While I'm workin'out I use my phone as a music player too, so I set system volume a little below the medium so that headphones would'n scream in my ears. Unfortunatly this app also depends on main phone system sound level and on current sound level I can't hear interval notifications through the music, it's just to quiet. Please, fix that issue.

You can control all features of your workout! You don't need P90 anything... create your own workout and intensity levels. I use it from running on the treadmill, to my own spartan workouts, to lifting specific muscle groups in cycles. Awesome and highly recommend!

YES! - Love the new update and it fixed the issue I was having with the workouts freezing! -- Dev was great going back and forth trying to resolve the issue. FIXED - Updated to 5 stars and working great now (July 10, 2013) I used to love this app, unfortunately, after my first workout, the timer no longer starts for the next workout even though the button changes from start/pause/resume. Dev got in touch with me, hopefully we can get it working again

The licence didn't solve one of the problems I expected to be solved - to be able to set a different alarm to the rest petiods. The text-to-speech doesn't work and if enabled disables the alarm sounds. To make it short - you can save your money.

All of the other applications I have tried have forced me into their timing for Tabata or HIIT workouts. With this one, I can program my own timing and my own rounds. I can add my own sections in between rounds or after... the variations are infinite. For example, I can program every round of a Beachbody Insanity workout and do it on my own to the music I want (thanks gods).
