WHAT HAS HAPPENED? this once was a fantastic source for live bike racing. (to me, all the other stuff is fluff, but whatever.) but all of a sudden, I cannot for the LIFE of me get the race tv section to open, or if it does, it freezes. Then the entire app closes. I just did a factory reset of my iPad, hoping this will help. I've deleted EVERYthing from my device, hoping it will work unencumbered. I'm willing to take the blame. But I don't think so...

Great content but the video infrastructure is really bad. Please just put the content behind the YouTube paywall/join button/members and focus on what you do best, content. Not being able to cast to TV, download for offline playback and a buggy experience all round is a dealbreaker for me. Unless this changes I won't be renewing unfortunately .

It works fine, if a little slow to load. But what is really frustrating is that, since the last version update, clicking on the RaceTV tab no longer takes you to today's racing; instead, it take you to races from June, and you then have to scroll across nearly three months' worth of old races before finding today's racing.

So many glitches, new ones with each release. So many to list! Worst - commentary speech not in synch with pictures fustrating when watching live cycling (commentary about 6 secs behind pics) but v annoying when watching live shows like the breakaway. Using full screen with latest version just makes screen go black. Random log outs. I could go on. Content great but wouldn't want to pay full price for this!

The app is often very slow and buggy. Having watched the Vuelta without much issue I'm now suddenly unable to see any of the race coverage. Frequent lagging/buffering despite fast WiFi. Frequent crashes. As a cycling fan the content on GCN+ is great. But the race TV section is a real let down. Considering ending my subscription as a result.

The content is great. However the app is slow and buggy. Takes an age to load Race TV and I often experience pauses whilst the app authenticates my login. Ideally it should remember me for a longer period as I dont experience this with other apps

Very informative, entertaining, and educational content. Great community of people, interactive, and the app has so many branches of content. It links to other online content, YouTube videos, and social networks. Very diverse app.

Content is excellent and high quality but the Android app is very buggy with frequent crashes. The poor quality app makes this really frustrating! Edited July 2021 - app now appears completely broken, refuses to load, crashes or just hangs every time I try to use it. Avoid Edited August 24th 2021. Ok the latest update is heaps better and seems to have fixed pretty much all the issues as far as I can see. It's massively better with no crashes or hangs. Seems to be quite slick and casts smoothly. Content is excellent. Changed rating to 4 Stars...If it's still this good by the end of the Vuelta I might make it 5!!

pretty much what netflix is in an app, easy to use etc....just joined, paid £19.99.. Update to 5* works on mobile data now aswell as WiFi. Awesome customer service. Great value and good quality coverage. I'd give 5* if worked with mobile data. Which it now does. Just heed to tweak the app a bit, make it user friendly more. 👍👍 Just rejoined.August 2021 £39.99 now but really speaking still a bargain with so many races on.

Streams don't work what feels like 90% of the time and the app seems to constantly log me out. The app has been in this state for a least a year, some investment is seriously needed to get it up to standard!
