This is a good app compared to the ones available but the drawbacks to the providers is; 1. Mainly the units are installed in Lidl car parks 2. I had an issue with the charging plug which was unable to remove and I was delayed by 2 minutes to leave of their 90 minutes of FREE parking. I was sent a PCN by Parking Eye to which I appealed and I have been asked to pay for the fine, still... 3. At Tooting Lidl I've been sent PCN for charging in the early morning hours of 6am and late hours of 11pm,

Update: From my previous two star rating, I've reinstalled the app but will not register and send email confirmation and doesn't display my charger and only displays 'add charger' .

Would be nice if you had the option to switch from on/off schedule charge without going through all of them to manual turn on. Please update this feature. Also my charge did not work last night for the 1st time, hoping this is a one off glitch. Apart from that it has been working fine. Edited and 5 Star rating! Great customer service thankyou.

Functionally fine. Slow at starting up and finding the local chargers, favourites are the only surefire way to quickly get the chargers you're after. No clear way to find out what charger you're connected to at any time. Only updates after you disconnect rather than a rolling tally or the like. Apple has Apple pay but android doesn't get Google pay meaning you need to give out bank details etc. It's fine but only because there's not an alternative, minimum bar for entry kind of experience.

App is way behind comparable technology. When running your home charger, you can only schedule a charge. You cannot check the status of the unit or troubleshoot it. You cannot check to see if it is currently connected to a car. You cannot check to see if it is currently charging a car. You cannot schedule a charge any more accurately than 15 minute intervals. You cannot check wifi signal strength of the unit. Compared to the Ring Doorbell app, for example, the Pod Point app is rubbish.

So you set up a home charging schedule, and the car only chargers during those times, but the app only records when you plugged in and unplugged the car, not when it's actually charging. What's the point? It means that charging events get assigned to the wrong day in the stats. I KNOW when I plugged in/unplugged the car. I want to know when and for how long it was charging. Someone really didn't think about this very hard

Not well implemented. Can't tell if it's connected to home charger, which appears on my network but isn't obeying the assigned schedule. No stats reported even though I have charged car twice. Not much use. Thanks for replying to my review, perhaps you can get your team to reply to the support email already sent 2d ago. And yes, I have confirmed the linking verification email.

Useless, keeps flagging a connection error and telling me to check my internet connection, even though I have just reinstalled it and all other apps, email etc are having no issues. Also the Region selection box is broken, it only has a single option 'region' but no regions to select. Doesn't anyone do proper software testing anymore!?!?!?!?! 🙁🙁🙁

Waste of time for the public charger near me (Abingdon Tesco): the app gleefully tells me that it has confirmed my charge, but when I return later I always discover that it actually cut off after 15 min.

Very limited functionality. Even at home you can't tell how a charge is progressing, even whether or not it's charging at all - please show 'charging in progress' at least, and what the charge rate is, how long left, %age battery. When at a public charger, again charge rate, %age battery etc. would be extremely useful.
