My review is of the app NOT GROSVENOR... The app constantly has login error making the app unuseble... Grosvenor poker is great played on laptop etc but unable to play on the go. Bad beats happen its variance just something you have to accept where ever you play. Love the grosvenor only tournaments and the offers. But this app needs alot of work...

When it works it's great, However I am encountering a really serious issue which has made me use another app instead. When I get to the login screen I begin typing my details and it pops up with An error saying "Login error has occured" then gets stuck in an endless loop of the logo spinning. After a day of trying to beat it, I've given up. This needs to be fixed ASAP

Site is very rigged ,people know the outcome of the flops and they call shoves with K9s for 150BB and win. In order to win with that hand against AA you need a specific flop.... Very, very ,very rigged site.... Players know wich hands win, it is rigged for action, in live settings it is less likely to have this card outcomes even if the frequency of play il lower ,because nowdays people tank online for more than 10-15 second . Stay away....

Started off ok but now getting allow location messages, when it's already allowed. Have to reset the phone all the time to try get in. Once I get to sign in page I get as far as 2nd or 3rd character of password and get a sign in failed message even though I'm not even finished! Annoying!!! Be good when the poker goes back to the pub and/or casino live.

Do not bother using it, the algorithms make it impossible to win even when it's own computer sits as players in the freerole DO NOT USE FOR POKER the has been many times it had put another players hand over yours even if your has won with no way of going back over it don't bother going on hand history as that will tell uou something else and don't bother raising a complaint because you will hear nothing back this has be the worst app I've used

Well, iv played over £100 in the last week on the Halloween fortune slot game and only got onto the bonus game once and got nothing from it. The game its self is good although it kept crashing. But what is unexceptable is the obvious way in which they just take your money and give you penny's in return. Your not really playing for the opportunity to win, your just giving them your money and that's it. Dissapointed! Stay away from them

I have this app on my iPhone 12 and have no problem with it. However I have a Samsung tablet and have downloaded this app but have been frustrated by it. Basically it doesn't fit the screen! Have removed and reinstalled numerous times have cleared cache and data but no joy. I've tried to email but no response. Very disappointing 😕. I have downloaded the other major poker apps with no problems. EDIT 9.1.21 emails have been sent 3 times!

MASSIVE lag - many minutes some times - between making a deposit and it being available to use in a game. Often have to log out then log back in again to make it magically appear. Tourney lobby info is always behind on entry. No chat facility. No player notes facility. Some great games available at Grosvenor but this app (and/or the system behind it) spoils the experience.
