Updated review: they've updated the app, and it's working fine now. I actually like it better than the HP Sprocket app. Does seem to print with reddish overtones. Easy to adjust with the app, but has to be done for each print.

When it works, it works well. However, I have owned mine for over a year now and it no longer holds a charge. So when I want to print something, it does not always print when I want/need it to.

Literally the worst, seemingly easy, tech I've ever used. The printer is useless without the app and the app hasn't worked for me in well over 2 years, despite updates. I decided to try it again, and was forced to update. But I tried several times, even leaving the update screen open for an hour and it never updated or gave me any kind of error message. I would take the printer to the Goodwill, but don't want someone to buy something I KNOW will not work. Worst app/ product combo EVER. TRASH.

I can't upgrade my firmware as it just sits there telling me to "wait for a while" and there is no progress indicator. It sat there for 30 minutes and did nothing. Same results using another phone. Now my printer is useless because I can't do anything without upgrading the firmware. This app is such garbage.

I used to LOVE using this app! But now, I can't seem to find out how to do half the stuff I could on the other app. I was able to print off a "card" for my parents dog that had his name, address, etc on it about 4 years ago, now I can't even find out how to do that anymore. (There used to be a button for a "name card" I believe, but now the app is all different). If anyone could tell me how to do that with this new update, that would be great!

App won't update, can't use them printer at all. It's been updating for 45 minutes and still didn't work. I uninstalled the app, put it back on and nothing. I've had this printer for months and never been able to use it.

The app keeps telling us to install the updated firmware ... but it won't actually load. The app craps out too on being able to access photos... sometimes they appear and others they don't. Really terrible!

I love this little picture scanner sticker printer, I had one about 9 years ago and sold it to someone, after I sold it I realize what a mistake I had made. So last April I was on e-bay and ran across another Polaroid zip I had to have, it so I got it...I LOVE IT!!!!

I've got both Bluetooth and location on. It won't update the firmware. I just downloaded the app and don't understand why there needs to be an update in the first place? Its a waste of money. Doesn't work.

Clunky experience, with repeatedly selecting the same picture so that it prints, and having to wait for it to print before selecting another (no print spool?). Rather than asking us what to fix, the developers should try it themselves and readily find out. Nice profit margins if you outsource quality control to the public; half-baked code.
