So I'm looking back and the reviews have been the same for years but no comment from the developers, no updates, no changes in performance. And the doc has all that money and all those options for other companies and communication resources but do nothing about it. I personally used it for the first time the other day to chat with my husband who's an inmate. It said I had full bars, picture was good. I could hear him. But he could not hear me and said my picture was so blurry he could barely see

App needs to be optimized for better use. Keeps dropping my video calls and then refuses to connect after that, leaving me a 45 minute chunk of pure irritated bliss whilst trying to video chat my inmate. My carrier is Verizon and they support VoIP calls, no issues, just not yours for some reason.

This app is terrible. My inmate can hear me but I can't hear him. The app keeps running in the background when I'm not using it. I have to uninstall between calls. Last call my phone got so hot it sent me a warning that app stopped working bc my phone was to hot. Absolutely worthless...

PADOC requires we use this app for video visits yet will not address the many issues with it. It often disconnects, sound is delayed, now that I'm trying to reinstall it it needs a server id....it didnt need it when I downloaded it a few months ago. What a hassle!!

ATTENTION PLZ READ IF U R HAVING ISSUES!!!!!! I FIGURED OUT HOW TO GET IT TO WORK RIGHT. I had the same issues every comment is saying. I seen him but couldn't hear him. And he couldn't see or hear me at all with this app on the phone. But I went on my desktop computer and did it on there and it worked fine. We could see and hear each other. So my advice would be do your visit from a desktop. Works as it should. on the phones it doesn't. Hope this helps.

App crashes constantly, impossible or nearly impossible to use on certain devices (does not work with Chromebook for example). Video quality is legit terrible- freezes, grossly pixelated. Seems to be yet another terrible company profiting from the prison industry & the barbaric system of caging human beings. Most likely is also subsidized by our tax money. Is constantly running in the background, login information does not work- literally every aspect of this app is terrible, too many to name.

I have a Galaxy S10e nd I could only hear my husband nd not see him but he could see me. On top of having to connect and reconnect to it for the video of him to come up and it didn't. Smh Worst damn Video Visit app ever

Horrible... Ongoing connection issues regardless of Android, laptop or iPhone being used. Poor video quality, sound doesn't always sync with video, freezes often and boots you offline often. I uninstall the app after every use as I can't get it to stop running when offline. If we had a choice this wouldn't be used.

This is honestly one of the worst apps I've ever encountered. I had a video call with my father and was directed to this app. Not only did it not work it kept telling me my meeting didn't exist. After I registered and took all the other necessary steps. Worst thing I've ever touched.

Always running into issues... I had one good video chat, that was it. This is the only app they use..it's upsetting... we would like to see and hear our loved ones.... please fix the bugs...
