It is very frustrating when you type in a item. Like sweater and first thing you see if every else. You can't communicate very seller privately. Some of the prices are ridiculously high. Seriously it's just a bit much for things you know came from Walmart. In the times we live and the prices of gas and food. It seems buyers could catch a break with second hand items. Although I have found sellers who are negotiable. I just think it's time for a upgrade on this app. Maybe more communication.

I've had such great expectations with this app. I've listed, then dropped in pricing, then dropped some more and have not sold a single item. It's been well over a month & most if not all of my items are brand new with tags & original packaging. My pics are very appealing & descriptions of items are concise. I have a huge array of items I'd like to list however it makes no sense to list everything I have for $5 or $10 bucks when you guys get 20% of all my sales. Not giving up just yet, lets see.

The new update where it takes you to a second window to do the description is ridiculous. It means more clicks back and forth or writing notes before writing the description of the item. I feel like that's a fail because many of us don't have the item present when we actually post an item for sale. Also, a recent update messed with my address and I was never notified. I spent three days trying to figure it out/get ahold of someone to help with no such luck.

The new update is not the greatest. When I go to list an item the description is messed up and doesn't let you view everything you typed and now you have to go back to the main screen just to view the rest of your listing. Not efficient guys. How can I go back and uninstall the new version? Also when you send an offer to a buyer, it goes backwards on the screens. Did you get a new programmer or something?

Great place to control your inventory discounts and sell closet peices. Beware buyers often give lowball offers, but you can expect to make approximately 33% of an items original price. Much higher earnings than thrift store selling. Will also need to regularly share items to keep inventory visible near top of feed. Would recommend.

I am a seller and a buyer. The app is fully functioning for both. Easy to upload for selling, and easy to navigate for purchasing. Everything in one place without having to run to the computer constantly. The app never crashes which is a plus. The only difficult feature is when taking pictures as a seller there isn't much legroom with it but that is the functionality of Poshmark not an app issue. I can be caught scrolling the app for hours though so I'm guilty 🤣

The categories should be more... intertwined. Like if I want a circle skirt that midi length, the silhouette should be the main category, length subcategory or something. Or let us select multiple options as a filter, both when listing to sell and searching to buy, that way searching doesn't take as long. Also maybe the color selection: choose a main color, then add multiple supporting/accent colors. When looking for something specific I have to go through millions of items

I can't verify my phone number!!! I've tried multiple times on the app, and the desktop site to verify my phone number, but everytime I do it's says "oops can't process your request contact Poshmark support for more info" I contacted support they said I put the number in wrong, or try a different number. I've tried two different number, Ive tried entering the number different ways, and it still tells me it can't process my request. Support is NO HELP ALL, they just keep saying the same thing!!!

I've always LOVED the App until last UPDATE. IT WON'T LET ME RATE MY ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED ANYMORE. I work hard for my SALES as do other POSH SELLERS it is very discouraging as seller to not get rating & feed back. I send personal messages back on my purchased item to Apologize to my sellers but that DOESN'T reflect on their Posh Stats. I've left multiple Posh Support messages begging for help & still no solution. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS I also have same problem as above with descriptions

Poshmark has gone downhill for Sellers since around August or September when the allowed companies to sell instead of individuals. Also with the new "bulk share" items are shared in groups of 12 instead of individually which decreases exposure to Buyers. My sales and "likes" have definitely declined and I am considering changing venues however it is difficult to locate an option that is as convenient as Poshmark. Not sure what to do! Hopefully this review will reach Poshmark administration.
