Pittiful This has to be the worst news app I have ever used. I use the NYT, WP, CNN, BBC, the Guardian US, Yahoo news, and more. Noone else is so slow, or locks up more! If it were possible to give it negative stars, I would!!

For the cost of the e-subscription I wish I could rate it lower - "Update" notification is useless and annoying, crossword feature in Newslide is HORRIBLE.

New and improved versions doesn't crash all the time, but won't open properly sometimes. They left out the comics and lots of other stuff, though.

The app loads slow on my android tablet. Sometime it a fight. I like the print version for Sunday's. Don't like that you don't have an option for larger article print fonts beyond just stretching the window

Certain pages are blank...obituaries, Comics, TV listings, etc. Only blank on my phone but not my desktop.

Recurring problems downloading editions. On too many days I am finished with breakfast before the edition loads. And problems that were present when the app first became available have yet to be fixed! Why are last sentences in a column frequently missing? Why does clicking on the continuation link at the bottom of a column take you to some seemingly random location in a different section of the paper. I subscribe to the New York Times and have absolutely no problems with that app.
