I was an early adopter of the Poweregg X and it was a very rocky start. To begin with the App would not work with my Samsung S7, this was identified as an issue with chipsets used in European Samsung handsets and was eventually fixed. In the meantime I changed to a Huawei handset and had very little in the way of App issues there after. However I must give a big shout out to Powervision European support, namely Stephen whom works out of the Finland Office. His service was exemplary.

There is a bug in the app. We download it for the first time, works mint. Go to use it again and it continues to say "drone unconnected" but works well in hand held mode. Uninstalled and re installed app. Still not working. Tried an entirely different phone. First time flying greats second time? Nope. Exactly the same as last time.

Finally working on android . I've read that the poweregg x works best with apple products, I'm not a fan of apple. So i purchased a refurbished iPhone 7 and no problems. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 that I can't use for either of my drones, but i have a refurbished LG V20 I use for my dji mavic mini. With the last couple of firmware updates, I can now use my LG V20 on my poweregg x and so far no glitches and back to my beloved android products.

If you are having problems with the poweregg x showing up on the app contact support team and they will help you out apparently it was downloading an old version of the app and that's why it wasn't showing up on my Pixel 3 just the powerdolphin but both showed up on my iPhone 8 . I downloaded it from the link they emailed me with and it's showing up on my pixel now!

They say to use this Android app for the poweregg x... doesn't work...has no poweregg x even in the app... another drone and drone app useless...all these companies want to get their drones out pre-order and early and they can't even support them. This is going to show up on my review for the poweregg x.... iOS app works . But they say this app will work for Android....another false statement...finally got an update from powervision, Android app works...as long as you get it from them.

I bought a poweregg and as it says on their website it's compatible with my phone, but it's only compatible with ios not android the information on the website are misleading. This company is lacking seriously when it comes to software.

No split screen, so you can't use VR glasses and there is no option to connect another mobile device. Both were available with the PowerRay!

Connection and hardware calibration issues, app function not fully Implemented and lots of important stuff missing, eg, download of mapping data and geo location printing on vid and photos

App so far is not functioning well at all. Constant connection issues and does not retain memory of connected devices, must set up dolphin every time.

App says it doesn't support PowerDolphin even though they designed the app for their own product (the powerdolphin). How am I supposed to use my drone? This needs to be fixed ASAP.
