This app allows you to use wireless packs for your in-ear monitors while playing live on stage and control your mix from your phone. However, PreSonus only recently started supporting Android. It is obviously still an afterthought for them. Initially my phone worked fine with it but now since I had the most recent update it no longer allows me to stay connected. It drops my connection usually in less than one minute. It is now unusable for me. I am using this app on an LG-V20.

The app screen will rotate in demo mode, but not when using the app live. The Master Group controls are the only ones that can be seen while on portrait orientation, which means you can't adjust any of the individual tracks. The rest of the band/vocalists in my group have i-Phones, and theirs all seem to work fine. There must be some glitch in the Android version of this app. I guess I'm out of luck.

Having the same connection drop issue. Presonus forums dates this problem as far back as 2015. As of this post, Jan 6th 2019, this appears to not be resolved by Presonus. Update 3-14-19 thank you Presonus, this update fixed it! Previous Warning: Do not install update first of February 2019! The Android app now crashes immediately. Worked great on Lenovo Tab 10 using Android 6.0.1, kernel 3.10.49 until this update, can't see what your new version is. However, version 2.6.0.49920 is working on my LG-V20 using Android 8.0.0 and kernel 3.18.71. Presonus, until fixed, please make the previous working version available on your web page and let us know, if possible.

This app will absolutely not connect with my StudioLive 32. I have the router set up correctly, my computer connects just fine with UC Control. But my Android phone won't connect. It shows the board after scanning, but when trying to connect, I get the spinning signal and it never connects. Is there a fix?

I have been having problems with this app lately. it's been 3 months since I've been able to appropriately use it, because when I turn it on go sign me in but then immediately kick me out and it'll say something about permissions. I don't know what suddenly changed.

I was using this app until I got a new phone. My Samsung worked perfectly and I switched to a Google pixel 3 and I am able to see the board but nothing will load. I really loved it when it worked. I am now having to use me Kindle 10 to adjust monitors.

Permissions get reset every time I open the app. I'm constantly having to reassign permissions to all the clients of the soundboard . not a useful app. The clients constantly get dropped from being connected to the board. We're all on Android

Used it for months, no problem, but THEN... Started kicking me off the permissions list every time I closed or backed out the app, which is extremely frustrating and completely unworkable in an on-stage situation. Not cool.

Was loving this app until the update. Same problem as everyone else, dropping permissions. Will be updating firmware on board (SL AI 32) to see if this helps... we are a few versions behind. PLEASE ROLL THIS BACK UNTIL PROBLEM HAS A SOLD RESOLUTION!!
