Excellent app easy to use and follow. Would like to see a network discovery option tho so I don't have to find out my routers name. Also the smart outlet works great. No problems but I would like to see outlets that worked independently so I could isolate each outlet and only turn on one appliance at a time instead of two.

i see people only give one star here. i use my outlet switches for over a year. every work day it turns on a light in the morning for 5 minutes. 100% good. maybe my older unit was built better. the instructions are very confusing. have to read it many times over and over to get the point.

Purchased a 3 pack of pwr outlet devices from Costco. Setup went smoothly but I need to repeat the setup every few weeks otherwise no devices show up. That's a pain in the rear. Also, why on earth does this company need access to my precise GPS location and scan to find nearby networks? Seems they are just collecting this information to sell. Makes me think what other personal information this app rips from your phone. Look forward to a reply.

Doesn't work. I am on the 2.4 network. I've tried scanning for the outlet and adding it manually to my wifi network and all it says is it can't find it. Not helpful at all. This was given to me as a gift and I am sorry they wasted their money on it.

No, you cannot connect to it directly with a phone. Your phone must connect to a Wi-Fi router, the app itself needs to look through the router to find the device. The device needs to connect to the same Wi-Fi router. Can't get there with just a cell phone.

No way to just automate 15 minutes on 15 minutes off. I spent 3 hours manually programming that for every day of the week. The device broke within 24 hours. Absolutely no response from the device.

I got the plug and then downloaded the app and was going to hook this up to my Google Assistant. BUT when trying to connected to the phone or anything it says oh we cannot read this sorry not connecting to the internet and bs like that. In the end save your money this is not even worth it I took the item back to the store and got my money back and I suggest you do that too.

Worked well for 2 months then stopped. I need to register again with the company and reconnect the plug! Why did it delete everything Useless? Useless

How to bring it inside to even connect my phone to the device and to get to connect to Wi-Fi but once I bring it outside to where I want it where my phone does still get the Wi-Fi from my house the device disconnects and is no longer on the Wi-Fi and the steak broke the moment I tried to put it in the ground so I don't even think I could return the damn thing there's not much point in having it for outside if it can't even connect to your Wi-Fi signal where your phone can

Can't stay connected and even when it does (example: I can manually control lights) the auto-timer is completely flaky and even deleting and creating timers is less than 50\50. For what should be an easy function, it wastes hours of your time troubleshooting.
