From the privacy policy: "While using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to... Notes and links saved to Memoire app, Images uploaded to Memoire app. The information saved in the app will be uploaded the server." Um, what? Later, he even says that 'should he discover that someone under 13 years of age is uploading data (using the app), he will delete the data from the server'. Geez. 🕵️♂️
