I'd really rather use the app but since we eat at Moe's a lot on Mondays the Moe Monday deal never gives the right discount. It is only .40 off which is a big difference over the in store discount. Seems like an easy fix but it has been this way forever..

Fix your app!! It is ridiculously broken and impossible to order items as meals. Everytime it gets to the drink selection, it says "Error: please make a selection for 'Flavor'." Where is the option to select a drink flavor?? If it's self-serve, then I should be able to order a drink and fill it myself with NO problems.

I used to love this app. Since they "made it better", it's just been getting worse. It was originally just slightly annoying, like I couldnt add fresh onions, but then randomly it wouldn't let me order delivery, say I was out of delivery range. Then it was happening every time. Now it's telling me that it won't take delivery orders and I can only do pick up. I also can't do the "make it a meal" option because drinks can't be delivered. This app has become a mess.

This app is still awful years later. Can't choose the food you want. For example, today there's no option to choose a burrito bowl. So I have to go to the restaurant and order my food instead. How hard is it to get a fast food app right?

The app is great... if you don't actually order food with it. I placed an order for future pickup and it was never sent to the store, never once did I get a notification saying there was an issue, and then had to wait an extra forty minutes for the food. Work on your app before releasing it to the public.

No matter what I try I cannot use my Moe's cash rewards on online orders. It just will not work in any way, regardless of what I add to the order or remove. This has been a consistent issue and has still not been addressed!

This app sucks. Every time you try to order it says out of delivery area. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. The store is 4 blocks away. Never lets you use your banked rewards because there is always a problem. Good thing Chipotle is only 2 blocks further away. 9/6/21 The app is still garbage. Will not let you place an order, keeps popping up a message that says error order can not be completed try again later. Good thing Chipotle app works perfect. Good riddance!!!!!

Errors....I get error validating order right when checking out most of the time. Online is the only way to order most of the time for my location. Guess I'm going so where else...

You are now charged for ordering through the app! This is unbelievable! Also you can't easily specify if you want a lot or a little of the ingredients you select. To be charged to use an app that is not even on par with McDonald's who doesn't charge is not a good sign. This app is not worth paying to order from. Make it to where you can specify if you want a little or a lot of an ingredient and remove the "fee" and it's 5*. Until then it's -5*!

App doesn't work or load 90 percent of the time. Imagine having a restaurant and designing such a dumb app that your customers order from your competitors instead just because they have a better app and the actual ability to order food.
