This app is barely functional. When I try to log in rather through Facebook, either on the app or online on my laptop, I get some BS notification about the app not being an approved test user. I had to request a password "reset." When I try to scan receipts, the camera doesn't attempt to focus, but instead the app immediately declares the barcode unreadable. At that point it will take a manual entry and credit me for one purchase. However, it will only work for one receipt. Idiocy.

App is full of add for "new" menu items, you have to scroll through all the adds to do anything. Order system is backwards, you click order and it brings you to previous orders and you have to scroll to the bottom to place a new one. Placing an order works 1/25 times, store could be open for another 4 hours but I can't place my order "prior to close." I've also noticed ordering at the store is cheaper, charging a hidden convenience fee? Terrible app to match your company's terrible service.

The app just doesn't work for me. Every time I try to scan a receipt, it says it can't and prompts to retry. And when you retry, it fails before it can even scan anything. I've had to enter things manually which makes for a very inconvenient way to reward loyal customers. It's honestly not worth the headache. Yes, the reward of earning free food is cool. But I'd honestly pay for a meal than deal with this awful app.

Bar code scanner does not work. Error message says "Invalid Barcode". Manual entry does not work either. Error code says "Oops! Guest not within range of a Taco John's location" even though I am in the store. Scanning the QR Code in the App at the register is hit and miss. Most of the time it doesn't work either. This app needs to be redone to make I work.

it never works when I try to scan my receipt, so I always have to enter it manually. I just now tried to put it in manually, but it says that I'm not within range of a TJ location, which is stupid since I always order to go, and there's usually a line behind me and a busy 4 lane street to cross to leave, so it's not like I can do it after getting food. half the time it won't work for them to scan the code from my phone, either.

Unable to use. Must have installed & uninstalled previously. Have the closest location set as a favorite so therefore I CANNOT order from my favorite location. Does that make sense? It's telling me to drive 24 miles. Nice, will be uninstalling again, right now.

How it's supposed to work: park, order, get food. How it works: park, order, set a time to get your food (nearest time was in 17 min), realize that's stupid, go to any competitor to get it done right. This is fast food. This isn't Chipotle. You don't need to set a time.

Have to constantly tap items because it doesn't work well. Curbside you have to call because check in doesn't seem to work right.

The app is fine, features work as expected and everything works to a satisfying level. Overall the design is very professional and looks good. The food, however, is extremely lacking. Even on the discount I was given through the app I felt like I overpaid for my meal. Would suggest looking elsewhere, quality is lower than Taco Bell and more expensive than most Mom and Pop mexican restaurants near me by a large margin.
